Come to Hotel . They promised complimentary spa when we checked out they billed us said its misunderstanding. Food good. Entertainment ok. Beach has lots of **** not blue . Windy all the time . Water warm . Dont go to nigril activities (Horses etc) super far 2hr one way and not worth it . Better then Dominican but worth then any other Caribbean

This was a great experience until we went to the Japanese restaurant and were treated very rudely by the waiters and only the chef was able to serve us. the waitresses did not want to give us anything. It took 48 min to receive a cup of water with ice. very sad

Everything was excellent. Our only concern was that all the shows except one were outside at night. When everyone is dressing nice for dinner it’s hard to be outside and sweat in nice cloths

The resort is gorgeous. The staff is friendly and attentive.The food options were very good. Travis at the pool bar is an amazing character. Always making us laugh. Rommel was the best butler EVER!!! He was always available whenever we needed something. He always took care of everything.

Overall it was a good, quick getaway but not a wow factor destination by any means. Really pretty place to get some sun and enjoy the beach. Food was not impressive and the restaurants are basically the same food as the buffet served in a different setting. The staff is nice, but not that friendly. Went shopping outside of the resort - NOT A GOOD IDEA. The town is very sketchy and unsafe. There are so many other good places to go, so this was a one time deal to come here.
