From the service upon entering from the Bell Man Silvester to the attentive housekeeper and front desk checkin, our stay was amazing even though it was short. I will be back for our family reunion.

The location states Montego Bay but it’s actually in Trewlany which is about 30- away from Mobay. N

La instalación el hotel está muy bueno excelente las habitaciones las piscinas muy buenas y lindas la playa excelente muy buena limpia y está muy bueno el hotel pero la comida pésima muy picante y pollo todos los días pollo en el bufé pollo en la parrillada pollo en la comida no variedad.La animación muy buena actividad es todo el día. Y en el interné dise que hablan español y no es cierto ningún trabajador habla español ni en el loby

I booked this hotel because of the water park and slides. the hotel was under renovations and only 1 of 4 slides were working. the rest of the kids play area was completely closed off. The hotel Ac was not working properly for 5 days. not all but most of the staff were unfriendly nor pleasant. the food options were very limited and boring. I asked for clean towels numerous times before getting them to my room. The drinks and alcohol beverages were limited and not tasty. Multiple power outages during our 5 days stay! Will definitely not be recommending or going back.

The resort was lovely but there’s a couple things that I didn’t really like… for starters, there’s was construction going on in the resort which made some of the resort inoperable/inaccessible which wasn’t a major problem but when your spending this kind of money in an establishment, you expect everything to be up and running well… and let’s be honest, it’s not cheap to stay at these resorts. Secondly…. I found that in the parts that were open… things weren’t fully operational … for example the pools were beautiful but the jets in the jacuzzi weren’t working…. The lazy river that was there wasn’t on… so maybe it wasn’t fully operating so instead of it serving as a lazy river …. It served more as a shallow pool… and they have a couple water slides there but only one was operational…. I would definitely come back to this resort in the near future … I just hope when I do everything is up and running the way it’s meant to be! Side note: the staff is terrific… they made me feel so welcomed which is a major reason why I’ll be visiting this resort again!

The experience here was amazing. I loved the staff they were very welcoming. The food was delicious I can’t wait to go back.

Don’t wait just book your date. All the luxury you can imagine await each and every one this place is breathtaking

I travel quite often and although the staff were nice, I'm use to a lot more interaction and hospitality. The food was a huge let down. This was my 3rd time in Jamaica, just not at this resort. The food was so much better at other places.

Too many negative things to comment. I am still waiting on the email response that I sent out regarding my experience
