Very central hotel, a stone's throw from the thermal baths of Montepulciano, parking on the street, in front of the entrance, lift for those with heavy suitcases, with the family management of a very close-knit ”hotel team”, exceptional welcome and all staff very friendly at all levels, Free and fast WiFi, large, bright, quiet, very clean room, new furniture, new and modern bathroom, new air conditioning, very efficient and silent, we recommend dinner in the own restaurant with a pre-choice of 3-4 local specialities, perfectly cooked, impeccable presentation of dishes, very good wine from own production, and a large choice of homemade desserts for the breakfast Unbeatable value for money - there are not enough stars for the rating! The maximum rating seen on the internet is true and absolutely confirmed. For sure, we will come back with the first chance, with friends and recommend the same to everyone. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita, in posizione comoda a poca distanza dal centro, ampio parcheggio, proprietaria molto gentile. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo più che ottimo. Consigliato in particolare modo come base per visitare la val d'Orcia.

The hotel was in a good location, music can be heard from your room of live music that was playing in the lounge area and you can hear all movements from other rooms. The breakfast is poor not even fresh orange juice is served, rooms need renovation and a deep clean is needed.

My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for our first night in Italy, and we could not have asked for a better way to start the trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very comfortable, and the food was incredible. It was a short drive to Montepulciano and Pienza so we were able to explore the two towns without expending too much energy. The area was relatively quiet, so we were not disturbed by loud noises. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany! It’s perfectly enjoyable for individuals, couples, families, or a group of friends.

The hotel is more in palace style. Small room, more hotel that tuscan style. Very nice pool in the garden. A lot of space for dog walk. Breakfest very poor, nothing special. One day the second restaurant was closed and there is no option to eat becuase not so many places near the hotel. I went there for 2 night for the dinner in I Salotti restaurant. That was an amazing evening and great culinary trip.

What can you say about this place👀unbelievable tranquility pretty surroundings great staff great pool lovely rooms the views are amazing from anywhere you stand and that’s without even talking about the food the lovely staff were telling myself and the wife that the chef was a genius a story we have all been told and only on occasion really happens 🙄however the chef is the willy wonka of Italian food the staff are as exited about the food as much as he is rarely found no matter where you are the chef even sends instructions on how to eat his food f……g amazing who puts olive oil on almonds and white chocolate mouse almost cheesecake blew our minds will 100% be coming back well done and thanks for a special couple of days Spencer ,Vicky atkinson

We booked a superior room but the first one we got was definitely not the room we booked. We immediately informed reception that it was not acceptable. The second was also small and without a sitting area. The third room we were shown was good and spacious. There was a large bathroom. Airconditioning worked great. The Wifi was not good, very slow. Probably due to thick walls inside the property. Breakfast with a view was lovely and we used the pool a couple of times which was nice. Free parking was available around the center, 5 to 10 minutes walk. The hotel is close to the town walls.

Great location just outside the main entrance to San Quirico. Spotless clean with very professional personnel who truly works very hard to please guests. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms small but clean. We moved from an upstairs room to one with a small garden—which was much more enjoyable. As we stayed 8 nights having access to a private garden made a huge difference—note however that you will not be guaranteed a room with a garden! The upstairs room had a strange couch that was uncomfortable—basically just for show. We travelled with a small dog and were charged 20 euros a night extra for cleaning but we did not mind though it seems on the high side. The staff truly made an effort to make us and our small dog feel welcome. A bowl and a bed were provided. Breakfast was wonderful but we had to walk through town as it is only served at the main of the hotel. If it rains, it is a bit of an inconvenience but the hotel does lend guests an umbrella. Hotel parking is a nightmare and I cannot recommend it unless you have a tiny car. Free public parking is convenient and we never had an issue finding a spot.
