No logramos contactar con nadia antes de llegar, ni por mail ni por teléfono, por lo cual fue complicado y estresante estacionar el auto. En la aplicación trip la information de referencia no era la correcta por lo que intentamos con los números que están en la web del lugar.. La residencia esta en la parte de acceso vedado y en subida. Algo a tener en cuenta también es que hay que subir varias escaleras en el edificio. La vista de la habitación es hermosa y el desayuno lo brindan en un cafe cercano precioso.

Pessima experiencia. O desgosto comecou no estacionamento. A atendente de sugeriu ficar no parking 6. Ele fica a mais de 500 metros da entrada do prédio além disso são 4 andares de escada para chegar no quarto. O Chekin é efeito por um código dado pela atendente no WhatsApp. Super difícil de encontrar o prédio e fazer o checkin pois não tem recepção. O café da manhã é oferecido em uma cafeteria fora do prédio a mais ou menos 200 metros de distância. No anúncio diz que tem piscina e não tem. Me hospedei em novembro e já estava frio e chovendo mas mesmo assim o aquecedor estava desligado e mesmo reclamando não foi ligado. Não me foi oferecido o mínimo como papel higiênico e troca de toalhas. Reclamei e a atendente disse que no outro dia levaria…. Foi um desgaste ter que discutir por coisas banais. Não recomendo!!! Pessimo atendimento!!! Difícil acesso !!!

Stayed for a couple nights in the Rossa Suite. This is lovely guesthouse, with our Suite being on the top floor of the building having stunning view of the countryside and other buildings in Montepulciano. Rossa suite was large with plenty of space. What I really liked was the communication from the owners. The day before I received a whatsapp message asking when we will be arriving and giving us general directions to the hotel. During the stay they would also message you to make sure everything was OK. Other points to note: - Location is about 100m from the bottom of the hill where the main entrance of the old town is. - The hotel is on the top floor, so you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to reach. The Rossa suite is up another very narrow staircase. We were travelling with 2 large suitcases. It was OK for us but it is worth noting for anyone who may have issues with this. - Our suite did have an aircon unit but didn't seem to be working as the control on the wall did not operate it. When we were staying in June the temp was generally cool, but i imagine it could be an issue in the heat of summer. We did not ask if there is a separate remote control for the aircon unit. - There is a nice rooftop balcony that is available for all guests. Good views and there a chairs if you fancy a late afternoon drink. - Small kitchen area on the main floor. - Breakfast was at a cafe about 100m from the hotel. Its a nice historic cafe. The standard breakfast is just drinks and pastries. Through the hotel we paid an extra 3 euro each to include a hot option that was basically eggs and piece of bacon. - There are plenty of places for lunch in town but they do get busy with large tour groups and day trippers. If you are having dinner we strongly recommend booking in advance as not all places are open in the evening, particularly on Mondays as we found to our peril!
