離蒙特雷市中心很近，去各個景點都很近。就是房間冰箱晚上太吵，其他都挺好的。

貝斯特韋斯特品牌中經濟型酒店。前台服務員態度差，對中國人不友好，周圍有好幾個酒店可以選擇。

Can hear neighbors as if they are in your room. When I called, they said pool was open year-round, but pool was freezing and hot tub was as warm as the pool should’ve been, and hot tub jets didn’t work. Bathroom had a broken window that led to an alley. Staff was super nice, but I wouldn’t stay again. I didn’t feel safe, so it made it hard to sleep.

We were impressed with how clean our room was. It’s the reason I chose this hotel. We had a non-smoking room with two queen beds on the second floor. They also have a great breakfast that’s included. My daughter is super picky when it comes to food and she found items she liked. The staff was nice and helpful.

It's not "The Ritz"...but it's perfect! A very clean and cozy place to crash after a day exploring Big Sur. The staff I encountered were all friendly and hospitable. The outdoor hot tub was an added bonus. Great options to pick from the breakfast buffet along with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Overall, great value at a great price, in a good location, and all the comforts of home. :)

O quarto é super espaçoso, a cama muito boa (grande e confortável). O café da manhã também foi bom. O único ponto ruim foi o sinal de internet - o wifi oscilava muito e caia constantemente. Outro ponto que não entendi é que não consegui acesso à internet pelo meu laptop, mas esse fato já havia acontecido em outro hotel da rede Best Western, então não sei se é alguma configuração específica para micro computadores. Em outros hoteis que estive durante a minha viagem aos Estados Unidos não tive esse tipo de problema com a internet no laptop.

Vicky, Victoria, and Esmerelda are awesome. The past two Fridays I stayed and had a great experience. Each time the ladies helped get me a bottom level room so I could easily unload my suv packed with organizing supplies for next day’s job. They even put a cone out to hold a parking space next to my room knowing when I was arriving. Just above and beyond service. 100/10! Thank you for having such a caring and professional team! Ps- amazing breakfast too and comfy beds!!

The room was clean beds were comfy checkin was super quick and half mile up the street the best pizza I’ve ever had at Pizza my Heart absolutely delicious, this hotel is close to everything and was a great price I would stay again next time in the area

The hotel was nice and clean. This chain has always been pretty consistently clean, comfortable and good. The only downside was that it was a little loud at times, but I don’t think that’s the hotels fault. Our room was very close to the front desk and construction was happening at the same time. The hotel is super close to any stops that you’d like to make in town. I never had to drive for more than 10 minutes max to get anywhere which was great!

It was decent but over priced for what you get. The room walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors which is annoying when you're trying to sleep. I moved the bed back to get something I dropped and found another persons bonnet. The fridge barely worked and the usb lamp the usb was broken.. the hot tub doesn't open till 10am which is kinda annoying when your an early riser. And the breakfast was just ok. Probably wouldn't stay again especially for the price.

Everything was great. Checked in for a weekend at the aquarium with our two toddlers and everything went smoothly. The double queen room was separated with a door which was such a nice surprise. After the aquarium we hung out at the pool and had it all to ourselves. The kids really enjoyed waffles every morning and I think they liked the hotel more than the aquarium.
