Enjoyed the stay a lot. Hotel is very new and clean. It felt very luxury and the fact that it has an entrance the the Valle Oriente mall is great.

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

我們住在這家酒店的家庭從30.04到4.05.2023,在同一個房間裏,我和丈夫,朋友是我的,房間幾乎是一樣的,除了幾個例外,房裏沒有冰箱,我們沒有椅子桌,在母的房間裏。從酒店的好處開始,非常大舒適的牀位,可以容納多達4人,房間的空間,房間的清潔,空調工作很好,房間裏有食物和飲料的送貨,酒店週邊的優越位置有許多小吃店,咖啡館和餐廳,各種各樣的食堂,精品店和服裝店,鞋子,紀念品,藥店,很多貨幣兌換點,地鐵站。現在,有缺陷:我們的房間從窗戶進入酒店大廳,這使得房間幾乎總是半黑,這造成了壓抑的狀態,不得不在開燈時常在那裏,房間裏沒有風。另一個不方便的細微差別是,只有一個電子(卡片)被賦予一個房間,但沒有這個卡片,你甚至不能上電梯去你的樓層,因爲你還得在電梯裏放一個選擇樓層,沒有電梯,就算你想和另外一個客人一起去,用他的卡,把幾層樓都沒了,電梯會把你送到客樓,所以我和我丈夫不得不在任何地方一起出去,因爲沒有這個電子,第二人就無法進入樓層或房間。

What a surprisingly gorgeous hotel! Just about everything about the property was top notch. Only the buffet was a little lacking, mainly because it had a different theme each day, and “Oriental” Monday lacked in flavor. (And my drink at the bar lacked in alcohol.). Otherwise, a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

Fue un gran descubrimiento. Normalmente la mayoría se hospeda en el holiday inn fundidora o en el Antari, pero tienes que conocer este nuevo hotel. Es nuevo, moderno, con decoración muy cool y juvenil. El personal muy amables y amenos. Ideal para cuando vas a conciertos o Fundidora. Abajo del hotel está el restauran Anacua que es de marisco y es otra opción para descubrir. Las vistas son hermosas desde la habitación y son muy cómodas, prácticas y muy lindas. Sin duda regresaremos. El Hotel está a un costado de la Arena Monterrey que es la calle Madero, pero hay un puente peatonal. Hay un callejón que a simple vista no se ve muy seguro pero de noche está totalmente alumbrado, además ya hay otro edificio nuevo que prácticamente está cambiando la zona mas moderna. Muchísimas felicidades. Solo una observación: Traten de meter mas fotos del hotel en internet porque al buscarlos vienen maquetas y fotos de otros hoteles de hilton en EU que nos hicieron dudar por un momento de reservar en línea. Este hotel de Monterrey está hermoso y aún creo que falta que lo conozcan más. Le doy un 100 y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

位於蒙特雷老城區的一家老酒店，外觀看起來像中國大型洗浴中心，我們住在主樓，室內裝飾和傢俱是那種歐式傳統風格；酒店位置還算可以，就是處在老城區和老居民區的結合部，往傳統居民區那邊看過去有點破舊，附近街道上有一些乞討的人；建議還是住到老城區靠近那邊中心廣場（見我圖5、6、7的那個廣場）附近的酒店更好；酒店早餐有傳統的墨西哥料理。在老城區廣場附近的步行街，還有2家小的中餐館，廣東人開的，比較實惠。

在這裏住了4晚,其實就在我們出發之前在酒店寫了這個。我是希爾頓的黃金會員,入住過他們很多的房產,尤其是在我居住的拉丁美洲。優點--免費早餐比大多數地方都好。在餐廳工作的女性不可能更友好或更有效率。牀/牀單非常好,淋浴和淋浴壓力(在5樓!)-位置簡直就在一個只有幾家餐廳的購物綜合體旁邊,麥當勞、酒吧、雜貨店、銀行等-Uber司機進出非常方便,從這個位置到城市的亮點(即高端購物、餐廳、公園等)價格非常合理,名義上每條路都49-89比索。缺點--前台非常低。由於我們的航班在上午9點降落,提前兩天致電詢問提前入住的情況。我們被告知,這不應該成爲問題,因爲酒店看起來並不擁擠。我們到達,被告知沒有提前入住,但當有房間時他們會打電話給我們。我們去了鎮上,從未接到電話。下午3點返回,但還沒有房間。大約10分鐘後,我們得到了一個房間。沒有承認我們的黃金地位,沒有免費水,沒有早餐/積分的解釋。沒有任何東西。悲傷,留下不好的味道,但他們繼續沿着這些路線。幾天後,我需要一些零錢給早餐員工和客房服務的小費。哦,不,他們在這裏不這樣做。我需要去銀行!哇。-我們在這裏的時候停電了兩次。前台無法確認是否有發電機備份,或者是否只是無法工作。一個在下午6點左右,一個小時左右,另一個在晚上9點左右,一個小時左右。停電會發生,但我認爲我從來沒有在沒有電力後備的情況下住在一個所謂的高端物業。此外,由於一個樓梯井的應急燈有三盞失靈,而另一個樓梯井有兩盞失靈,我們使用的樓梯井有兩盞失靈,樓梯成了即時的安全隱患(我們不想再用手機手電筒上下樓梯,以免遇到黑暗的樓梯間)我通知前台,他們很忙。我們不會回到這裏,這是希爾頓酒店中連續第二個服務水平遠遠低於標準的酒店,特別是在我的家庭安全方面,爲什麼一家公司會如此努力讓我在他們通過給我發信用卡、電子郵件、提供折扣、免費住宿等方式來住的酒店,然後完全無視我爲達到這個地位而花費了金錢的事實,這超出了我的能力範圍。我們不會回到這個酒店,我將會轉到另一個酒店供應商的“特殊”客戶程序,看看我是否真的可以這樣對待。

If you are going to visit Monterrey, this is a PERFECT place to stay. My first visit was to visit the American Embassy to renew my passport. I arrived at the hotel early, without a lot of questions, they gave me my room key. Some hotels don’t or won’t allow you to check in until 3 PM. As I was speaking to the young lady about my request for the top floor, she noticed my accent and offered to speak English. Later, I found a lot of people working there, spoke English. The room was great, clean, well appointed, a view of the mountains and the shopping mall across the street. It was also very quiet, which helps because I’m a light sleeper. Below, in the same complex were a few restaurants, a specialty hamburger place called Holy Cow, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a salad place and a steak house. In the mall, there’s a PF Chaings with odd hours, a Shake Shack and a few others. The hotel arranged a taxi for my trip to the Embassy the next day. The driver, kind and courteous. If all hotels were this accommodating, why would you stay home? This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in, regardless of price. One last note, I briefly spoke to Hugo, the general manager, it proved my thoughts, the hotel and employees are a direct reflection of the management. Thank You Hugo. Great Job, Well done!
