Chambre confortable et bien aménagé. Décoration sympathique. Petit dejeuner pas très copieux se composait d’une omelette, 2 petites tranches de pain, un jus de fruit, café fruits. Bon accueil dans l’ensemble notamment Mélanie. Parking bien.

Tuvimos un apartamento para 3 personas con 2 dormitorios separados. Estaba limpio y completo de menaje y electrodomésticos. El personal muy amable. Por poner una pega, el desayuno no era bufet, pero era suficiente y bueno. Lo peor era la "calle" en la que está, que es un camino de cabras.

Loved it here! What a wonderful way to start our vacation. Staff is just lovely. Glenn is so kind and attentive. They truly care about your comfort. Rooms are impeccably clean and charming. Beds are comfortable and showers are nice. Views are beautiful. Property is very safe and secure. Very close to town, lots of amenities. We will come back next time we are in Monteverde! Highly recommend!

This is a small apartments/hotel. It is very clean and works for families, nothing fancy or new. People is extremely nice and attentive thus is a very easy going place to stay. It is a place to spend the night, rest and spend your days outside. All in all, it was great for our family.

The beds were the best we have had in CR. Nice to have full kitchen. Two bedroom apartment.. very clean. Parking spaces behind a secure gate. Reception staff fabulous. Nowhere to get anything to eat nearby...would stay again.

This place gets pretty much everything right. Warm welcome, big rooms, up to date decor, comfy beds, smart TV, fab staff, outdoor platform with a view for drinks/bfast, good bfast, safe parking. Would have been 5 star if closer to town but not really an issue and would happily return.

Wonderful, small and charming B&B. We had a two bedroom with a kitchenette. The rooms was spacious and clean with every kitchen small appliances you could need. Their were two tvs and a large shower. The beds were comfortable. There was a common area with a stunning view. Parking was on site and there was a private security gate. It was centrally located to all the top attractions as well as lots of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome place to stay! Clean modern property with breathtaking views. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through Monteverde but wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in a 2 bed one bath suite with our 2 kids ages 12 and 16. Spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious. Property is close to center of town with lots of restaurants close by. Cloud forest was a short drive. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would return.

The room and amenities were nice, we really enjoyed the breakfast! The location was further from town than we realized which was a little disappointing because we couldn’t walk anywhere. This review may be colored by the fact that we also were underwhelmed by Monteverde in general, the “vibe” was off and there wasn’t as much to do as we hoped. Overall, the hotel was fine, but nothing special.

Somehow 'in the middle of nowhere" but just 5 $ taxi away from downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed is very comfortable. Very good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. To be recommended.

The rooms are clean and the place seems very safe, the owners/staff are really nice people. On some booking portals, this place is listed as 4* equivalent accomodation, which is wrong. It's a B&B, the rooms are basic and without aircon, bathroom looks nice and clean. What is actually lacking is some sort of space to put your stuff, being it in the main room or in the bathroom. Again, clean and basic B&B, reasonably priced.

I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with my husband and daughter. It was comfortable and clean. We felt like it was a great value. Every person working there was kind and accommodating. We would stay there again.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Although there was some nice parts to our stay here, there were some issues I think management need to look into. The room had a very bad smell, it's humid in the area and there was a dehumidifier in the room which would get full after a few hours. The room always smelt musty and it was very unpleasant. The decor of the room was lovely, we did appreciate the wine glasses and fridge. We were greeted on arrival with a list of rules, which included a charge for making towels dirty, I found this ironic as all our towels were stained. I understand all establishments have rules but you could just leave them in the room rather than accost guests with them the first moment they arrive. Another issue with our arrival was then that reception tried to charge us, we had prepaid. It got quite uncomfortable as we felt pressured and trying to hold our ground that we had paid. The staff were really nice and I know they were just doing their job. Again this is a management issue and could have been avoided. The shower never got hot. There was no temperature gauge. I think maybe an eco shower but this was not explained and added to some discomfort. Finally we were offered a 'mountain view room', upon arrival it was clear no rooms had a mountain view and this was false advertising. I will say the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. I hope this review doesn't reflect badly on the staff as they were very kind people, but the management/owner needs to look into the issues for the future.

We stayed in four different hotels throughout our stay in Costa Rica and this was by far our favorite place. The room itself was charming, clean, and very functional. They had a nice little section with the refrigerator and glassware. They had a nice little table and barstools inside to sit on, along with tables and a chair out on the deck. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was fun watching the wildlife off of the back deck. They also have another a little deck area for everyone to share along with some other seating areas out in the garden. Everything was so comfortable. The neighborhood was also very quiet as it was away from the main drag. It was less than a five minute drive to get to the main area though, so it was still very easy and convenient. The staff was amazing. Every person we spoke with is super helpful and friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a good day. The people who made her breakfast were awesome. Their breakfasts were the best ones we had during our stay. I love to just having the typical Costa Rican breakfast. It was delicious. I highly recommend staying here and hope you have a good of a time as we did!
