The Chalet is Perfect getaway for all gatherings, especially for an Apres Ski after a day of skiing by the wood burning fireplace. Total serenity! In the spring & summer step out the back door and discover breathtaking hiking trails, challenge yourself on Jay Peak's renowned golf course, or effortlessly celebrate with your wedding guests and friends at nearby Crofter's Green. Your home away from home, where there is something for every adventure! We are delighted to welcome your furry family members! To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all our guests and neighbors, please kindly adhere to the following pet rules: We welcome ONE, well-behaved dog weighing up to 60 pounds. Prior Approval Required: All pets must be pre-approved before booking Pets must be listed on reservation when booking Pet friendly with a one-time fee of $38.50 (dogs only) Our Pet Policies: - Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the house and within common areas of the property. - Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of waste in the designated outdoor trash bins. - Furniture & Bedding: Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds. If your pet typically uses furniture, please bring protective covers or blankets to place over our furnishings. - Noise Control: Please ensure your pet's barking or noise is kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 10 PM - 8 AM) to respect our neighbors. - No Unattended Pets: Pets should not be left unattended in the house unless they are crated. If you leave the property, your pet must accompany you or be safely crated. - Damage Responsibility: Pet owners are fully responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet(s) to the property, furnishings, or landscaping. Any additional cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. - Flea & Tick Prevention: For the health and comfort of all, please ensure your pet is up-to-date on flea and tick prevention treatments. - Designated Pet Areas: Please keep pets off any areas not designated for guest use (e.g., specific garden beds, neighbor's yards). - No Pets in Bathrooms: For hygiene reasons, please keep pets out of bathrooms. - Excessive Hair/Odor: While we expect some pet hair, excessive amounts or strong odors that require special cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any excessive pet related cleaning or damages. If we discover that your fur family came and is not on the reservation, there will be an additional charge of 50% more than the original pet fee. This is in effect because our cleaning crew comes prepared for the reservation and does not pack their kits for animal stays if they are not on the reservation, creating extra time and travel to get the unit ready for the next guest. Family and Frienda We had a great stay here for a long weekend! Plenty of room for 3 family with 3 separate living spaces. While the house was not immaculate it was fully stocked and cozy. Owner is very responsive to all questions and makes everything very easy! Would go back!!

Our car was damaged by snow falling off the roof of this property The house is fine. We were told to park in the driveway, where snow and ice from the roof caused thousands of dollars in damage to our car. Neither the hosts or VRBO have addressed the damamge.
