We enjoyed that it was quiet and in a location that wasn’t extremely busy with people and traffic.

Front staff were wonderful and when I had to leave a day early. they agreed to refund me for the one day

Really nice room with a balcony, which you don't see much anymore. It overlooked a pretty courtyard. Room was large and furnishings comfortable. This is a sprawling hotel so it's a hike to get to the lobby, but on the plus side, the rooms are quiet because you aren't getting noise from activity in the bar, etc.

I was charged both through ********** and the hotel it's self. When I was checking in I was never made aware of this or given a total or recept. On top of that our room smelled like dirty socks.

Beds were very comfortable. Tub was not super clean but other than that we enjoyed everything. The breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was but having the Starbucks coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

I found the room and bathroom to be dirty upon arrival. The grout in bathroom was dirty and stained, there was something splattered on wall of bedroom and food on carpet.

Toilet so small kids could barely use it. Room and door locks worked inconsistently. Room so cold my wife got chillls. Pool too cold to even put our feet in. Will not stay here again.

I felt overly constrained by the options for the breakfast i pre purchased. Had i know, i would have waited and bought what i really wanted once i was there.

We stayed here for the weekend to see Taylor Swift in Cincinnati. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility was clean and an easy drive to Paycor Stadium. The staff went above and beyond to make it extra special by decorating the lobby Swift-themed and having music playing upon guests check-in. It made our weekend even more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Cincinnati area!
