這是我住過的最美麗的酒店之一。但是，這家酒店最好的地方是工作人員！ 他們很友好、樂於助人，並且總是願意幫助解決任何請求。 例如，有一天早上，我們在泳池酒吧還沒開門之前就去了泳池。我們問一位工作人員酒吧什麼時候開門，這樣我們就可以喝一杯，他說只要我們需要它就會開門，然後就打開酒吧並為我們提供飲料。 如果可以的話會給這個地方 10 顆星！來自洛杉磯，肯定會回來。 感謝您為我們帶來了愉快的住宿體驗！

Posizione incantevole e personale gentilissimo. Ristorazione e servizi assolutamente di qualità peccato però che i prezzi di tutti gli extra vengano caricati tanto quando già si è ospiti e si pagano oltre 600 € per la camera. Un caffè 5 €, uno spritz 16€, un club sandwich 38€. Peccato perdersi così perché il cliente si sente “ spremuto” quando basta un po’ meno avidità per rendere tutto sublime.

Es un hotel que te proporciona absolutamente todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia y tu experiencia de la Toscana sea increíble. Por poner un ejemplo, la ducha del baño era maravillosa pero se escapaba un poco de agua. Conteste una encuesta al email (ni siquiera lo mencione al personal) el primer día mencionándolo y cuando llegue de comer habían cambiado toda la ducha y me habían dejado 4 toallas extra. Son detalles pequeños si, pero hacen que tu estancia, pase lo que las, sea de 10.

Completely agree with the majority here. Beautiful grounds and magnificent views from most rooms and restaurants, and the highest quality of ingredients in the food, but what makes this a 5+ star property is the superb staff that provide an almost magical anticipatory, yet never obtrusive service. From the second you arrive until the sad goodbyes you will be pampered, but not in a doting servile manner, but rather with a professional pride of providing all of their talent to improve your stay. Little wonder they have yearly repeat visitors that are treated like family. Worth the experience if you are anywhere near Tuscany.

Hôtel FONTANELLA has one of the most breathtaking beautiful views in Tuscany. The staff is lovely and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, Kitchen is very sophisticated , looks beautiful and delicious. There are wonderful wineries to visit nearby and Sienna not to be missed. Ideal place for a relaxing vacation.

Wir waren im Juni 2023 mit der Familie (2 Kinder im Alter von 4 und 1) im Le Fontanelle. Das Hotel liegt malerisch im Hinterland von Siena mitten im Weinanbaugebiet. Es handelt sich um ein aufwendig renoviertes altes Kloster im typisch toskanischen Stil. Zur Einordnung: Wir reisen oft in Hotel dieser Kategorie und sind es gewohnt hierfür auch Geld auszugeben, allerdings stimmt im Le Fontanelle das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit tollem Blick über die Toskana. Lieder waren wir im 300m entfernten Nebengebäude untergebracht, was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern extrem erschwert; keine Reichweite mit Babyphone, Distanz zum Pool und Frühstück mit Kinderwagen... Leider waren wir beim Frühstück enttäuscht, dass wir für Spiegeleier, Pancakes usw. einen Aufpreis hätten bezahlen sollen, obwohl der Preis für den Aufenthalt mit ca. 1.000€ pro Nacht (Übernachtung und Frühstück) schon sehr gehoben ist. Gleiches gilt für die Preise am Pool. Schinken-Käse-Toast 16€, kleines Bier 9€ Portion Pommes 9€, Spritz 14€. Das ist, auch für die gebotene Qualität, wirklich überzogen. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant "Rustico Toscano" war gut, aber eben auch nichts besonderes. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aber, vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang, sehr schön. Der Preis allerdings für 2x Aperitif, 2x Vorspeise, 1x Fiorentina zu zweit und eine Nachspeise, Glas Wein und Espresso mit 280€ schon echt sportlich. Leider ist der Außenpool bis 08:00 morgens geschlossen, dann steht nur das Hallenbad zur Verfügung. Das ist im Sommer bei Sonne und gut 20°C in der früh wirklich schade. Insgesamt muss ich leider sagen, dass für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel nicht passt. Wenn man das mit anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie vergleicht, bekommt man wo anders deutlich mehr für sein Geld. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience magical and no detail was overlooked. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Chianti region with unmatched views, this is it!
