This place is disgustingly dirty and unkempt. We checked in and 10 minutes later checked out and they have not refunded our money. I don’t believe the linens were clean considering that nothing else was clean. Dark garbage filled entryways, open junction boxes in the closet, floors covered in stains and debris, and the whole place smells of **** and cigarettes.

The word "Quality" should be removed from the title of this hotel. If I arrived during daylight, I would have left immediately! The staff was no where to be found to check in. The person who finally came to the front desk was dressed in everyday sweats. She was at least pleasant to speak with. The room was filthy!!! The bathroom was very dirty- pee on the toilet seat, dirty mirrors, rust stained shower and stained toilets. The towels were even dirty and stained! Our only saving grace is our sheets were clean (our neighbor wasn't so lucky). The curtains had holes in them and the air unit was dirty (just like the floors and walls). I was happy we didn't need to use the refrigerator because it had white stuff all over the bottom and shelves. In the morning I went to check out the continental breakfast and I wish I hadn't. They had no hot food unless you wanted to make a waffle in a dirty waffle iron with waffle batter that was separated and lumpy. There was a jar of peanut butter you can share with the rest of the guests and packets of oatmeal. Totally unacceptable. Do NOT believe the pictures you see on their website- totally false advertising. If I could give it no stars I would have!

The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. That's about all I can say that is positive. The room was filthy. I didn't notice these things till after I had spent the night. The pillowcase was by far the worst. I actually slept on this pillow. I discovered the toilet seat filth when I closed the lid to set my towels on it. The other photo is of the soap dish in the shower. I have more photos, not included that show the dirt and hair on the telephone, the hair dryer, the refrigerator, etc. Amazing that this place is in business.

We had a reservation at the Quality Inn & Suites in Danville Pa for Aug 17-22! A confirmed and paid reservation! Get there tonight and your rather rude employee tells me my room is unavailable and the best she can do is 2 full beds. I booked and paid for a king bed. So i ask if she refunding me the difference in price and she tells me no. She said we never paid for the room so it was given to another guest. The room had been paid for since February! I showed her my credit card statement and she calls me a liar! She has full intentions of charging me again! So instead she canceled our reservation!! I then over hear a guest say his room is hot. She tells him there’s no ac working in many of the rooms! Yet she checks in another guest knowing this & doesn’t tell them. We are now searching for a room which is costing us almost 200.00 more! Is an hour plus away from our destination as well. We went to several hotels nearby to find out that your employee did this to several other guests tonight as well! I can promise you this i will tell everyone i know to NEVER stay at your hotels ever again. Your customer service was zero. When she cancelled our reservation I asked just where are we to go and she said “guess that’s your problem”. Don’t stay here. Even if you have a paid & confirmed reservation doesn’t mean they won’t give your room away.

This appears to have been a nice hotel long ago and then purchased by slum lords. The water is rusty, you can smell it when you use the faucet and there's rust all over the towels. Our toilet was peeling and there seemed to be black mold on the back of the bathroom door. Our phone rang 3 separate times between 3 and 4 am even though there was no dial tone. I had 2 small sleeping children in the room and it was hard to see where the phone jack was without turning on the light. If the phones were non-functional, why were they even there??? The breakfast was pitiful including a pump pot for hot water for tea and oatmeal- that was cold, among many other breakfast offenses.We went to use the pool, it was out of commission because a guy told us no one had been maintaining the chlorine and now he had to shock it. Lots of evidence that things have broken over time and were never repaired. When I complained they passed me on to corporate. I don't complain about hotels but this one was bad. Don't do it.

Rms and hotel is rundown. The rooms smell like stale smoke. Did not see any bugs. 4 rms 0 clean. The smell of rust and metal in the water is vile. Do not book this hotel. I don't care how low the price is you really are better off sleeping in your car.

No, this place is not good. The outdoor area is unkempt, the lobby smells of mildew (which is better than the halls that smell of ****), and the front desk worker is very unprofessional as she is mostly nowhere to be found. Then you get the rooms where the carpet stinks, the beds are questionable, and the bathroom is a nightmare with rust stains and a shower that smells of blood-like metallic. My family vowed to just sleep fast and at least not shower there, but we ended up having to after a day of sweating at the amusement park. We could not wake up soon enough to get the hell out of there, and the first thing we did when we returned home was to shower to clean off that hotel’s gross shower. Not worth the low price. Other Quality Inns might be alright, but this one is gross. Do better.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy dirty with clumps of mud/dirt/sod on the floor. The bed frame was broken. The bathroom sink did not drain. The toilet bowl was stained and it looked like it was full of urine. The water stank. Never stay here.
