The hotel is located near the old town and approximately 6-minute walk from the train station. The owner is very nice. The amenities could be more well maintained and the room is small.

Une chambre terriblement spartiate mais parfaitement propre et fonctionnelle, dans un hôtel en plein centre. A ne pas recommander aux personnes qui ont du mal à monter les escaliers, mais un bon choix pour les budgets serrés.

Séjour de 2 nuits. Hôtel parfaitement situé au cœur de Montpellier. Établissement très propre. Les chambres sont petites mais bien aménagées. Pas de climatisation, juste un ventilateur. Pas d’oreiller mais un traversin. La literie est confortable même si le sommier grince peu. Seul point d’attention : les escaliers étroits et escarpés. Sinon, les personnes qui tiennent l’hôtel sont très sympathiques.

Idéalement situé près de la gare St Roch et du tram, l'hôtel est très propre, la chambre était tout à fait fonctionnelle et charmante, je m'y suis sentie comme chez-moi. Accueil extrêmement attentif.
Merci, ce fut un excellent séjour.

Hôtel super sympa , propriétaire très sympa et professionnel,propreté 10/10,,en plein cœur de Montpellier,qualité prix 10/10 j'y reviendrai sûrement au moi de juin , Montpellier est une ville très agréable,tout comme l'hôtel les estuves

Propreté assuree et proximite centre ville appreciable. Mais plus jamais nous ne reviendrons dans ce lieu bruyant, austère, extrêmement vieillot . Nous avons été extremement déçus des propos tres limites du concierge.

Beautiful little hotel, rooms are pleasantly surprising. Even the single. Quite a few stairs but it's an old building so what can you do!

The neighborhood was safe and quiet, the building had character, the owners were very helpful and it was quite clean. For my wife, with a sprained ankle, the fact that the hotel is on the “2nd” floor (in North America it would be the 3rd floor) could have been a problem, but fortunately they have an elevator (the two of us plus our luggage couldn’t fit in it, but I was able to run up the stairs and meet my wife and the luggage). The room was quite small - approximately 8 inches between the edge of the bed and the wall, and the hinged windows couldn’t be opened because they hit the bed. The bathroom was quite nice - a modern renovation, with good water pressure and drainage and a spacious shower. Overall I would describe it as the best 2-star experience.
