The property itself is quite beautiful. The indoor pool/jacuzzi is very nice. Gym could use some more equipment. Lobby is gorgeous. MUZE lounge on the 5th floor is dark, romantic, alluring. Perfect for a date night. Hotel is close to everywhere, walkable to anywhere. Staff very friendly. The one thing I did not like was the ipad in the room would not charge and the iheart radio app would not open. It was only good to show the time and temperature. Time for an update. Otherwise, the amenities and room were quite nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay at again.

Juste wow! Le service, la deco, l’ambiance, l’emplacement, la piscine, tout a été parfait! Cependant, ce n’est pas tous les chambres qui ont une vue, la plupart donnent sur les tours a condo voisines. Mais, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! N’oubliez pas d’aller prendre un verre au Muze au 5ieme étage. Petit bémol, la tablette fourni par l’hôtel qui permet d’ajuster les luminaires ne fonctionnait pas toujours.

Beautiful property, rooms were fairly spacious, hotel was modern and stylish. Pool ammenities (hot tub, sauna, pool) were fantastic. Area was very walkable and subway station right around the corner. People mentioned shower area separated by curtain but we didn’t have any challenges with that. Overall great value for a luxury experience without the 5 star pricing. Would stay there again.

We loved the staff -- very welcoming, kind, and informative. We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, the availability and choice of bath products, the soft-yet-absorbent bathrobes, the choice of television program options, the pool, the furnishings. We would have preferred a more opaque shower. We are two friends, not lovers, and the shower left little to the imagination. Not everyone is there on honeymoon.
