Pool and hot tub were broken - did not communicate this with us upon check-in. Four kids in bathing suits staring at a drained pool. We literally had booked a hotel for kids to be able to swim and they would not offer refund. Will give them a little credit for shuttling us 30 minutes round trip to airport terminal Marriot for a short swim swim but still... website does not say pool is out of service.

The property was overall clean. Staff was very courtious. Breakfast was available, but nothing extra ordinary. It is in the flight take off path, but room had no sound problems. We had a King size suite with kitchenette. It looked clean, but at times had unpleasant smell of cooking(smell left over from prior occupants ?)

4 star hotel is not a place to cook my own food-microwave and kitchenette?-no Jacuzzi in the room?the resto is next door I had to take my27 kilo luggage without a porter to a resort that was supposed to be beside the airport=a total FRAUD.O expected a breakfast consisting of 2 boiled eggs and stale toast- and a faucet that leaked?Never will I stay at ANY MARRIOTT EVER

the only regret is that the hot tub was inoperative, and this was something I was looking for when I booked the hotel due to the extreme cold in Montreal at this time of year and the cleaning of my room only once during our entire stay.
