蒙特利爾華美達廣場酒店(Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Montreal)

We rented 3 rooms for 4 nights and all of them were filthy and dilapidated. Paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling, the floors were sticky and one room had 4 extension cables connected to each other running all over the room, and the air conditioner didn’t work. Bathrooms faucets and fixtures are filthy. The only thing clean in these rooms were the sheets and towels. Absolutely disgusting stair cases as well.

One more hotel probably affected by labour shortage. Rooms not ready at 5h30 PM, hard for travellers arriving from far, room was not exactly clean. Many very noisy guests, breakfast starts only at 7 (might not match a busy business schedule), gym is very small.

Noisy Room doors when you open and close. Noisy Air condition - kept me awake most of the time . Bad Quality shampoo. i had to purchase my own. Breakfast was ok. can be better. 1 Handicapped Parking , i was asked to go to parking accross the stree when the parking lot over

We took a chance after reading some unfortunate reviews and we were wrong. The first room we were given had greasy floors, a disgusting stained chair in the room, outlets that were not properly affixed to the wall and the headboard was weirdly cut up with two big holes in it. We complained and asked for a different room. The new room was better (ish) but the hotel is falling apart and our window (which didn’t have curtains that closed all the way) had handprints and smears all over it. There was what we assume was jam stained on the wall also. The hotel is right beside a highway so it’s loud all night too. The only saving grace was the lovely staff at reception. Laurence was so kind to us and helpful. The hotel is gross and run down and I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Cracks in the ceiling paint, coffee drops on the wall near the coffee maker, uncomfortable odor inside the room, remote control of the TV did not work and the sink faucet was loose. Small parking (we had to stop on the street). Breakfast very limited. The croissant was tasted old. It was terrible.

Nothing was good about this property. It was dirty. Right from the very beginning things were a mess. Staff was incompetent, did not even know basic things like how payment is made through ******* and double-charged me initially. Pool was bad. Poor breakfast and dining area.

The hotel room looked recently renovated but done very poorly. Floors were washed but sticky. We didn’t feel comfortable taking our shoes off. It was not somewhere I would stay again. My wife called it the worst hotel room she has stayed in. Sorry. It was a lot of money for the disappointment.
