聖馬丁別墅酒店(Le St-Martin Hotel Centre-Ville – Hotel Particulier)

The location was perfect, it only takes about five minutes walk to the McGill uni and subway stations. The street was clean and safe to take a night walk. Besides, they provided hot breakfast such as warm sausages, scrambled egg, hard boiled eggs, various kinds of bread, coffee, cereal, apple and orange juices. I totally recommend this hotel.

Overall not bad

Bel hôtel centralisé et près d'un accès au métro. À une rue de Catherine pour magasinage et la marche. Environ 10 min. du Centre Bell qui se fait facilement ou par métro. Les lits sont confortables. Toutefois, il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place sauf petit déjeûner le matin de 7h30-10h30 qui n'est pas conseillé au coût de 20$ car la nourriture n'était pas bonne ( oeufs froids, petites patates encore gelées...). Mais il y a beaucoup de restaurant autour...et la piscine extérieure est agréable...Je recommande à cause de l'accessibilité.

This hotel was booked for the property amenities which were indicated on their website. Checked in on Thursday, October 12 to Sunday, October 15. However there was no Fioella restaurant, the pool and gym were closed (overheard other guest complaining as well) and on the Friday, October 13 the 2nd elevator was out of service. I understand things can happen but really… it was apparent the restaurant had closed months prior. The pool and gym apparently had broken heater from 2 days before? Get service repair in immediately, same with elevator. 16 floors of guests with 1small elevator is chaos especially during checkout. The hotel website should be updated with notices every few days, indicating the closures. Continental breakfast on Friday morning was excellent, with fantastic, helpful service, delicious croissants and nice food. Saturday and Sunday very different, different staff, croissants were ok at best and service was mediocre at best, no clearing of dishes on tables

J’ai adoré l’hôtel et mon séjour. Nous avons apprécié le service à la réception, le confort de la chambre et l’emplacement.

Excelente estancia, las camas de lo mejor, el agua siempre caliente, la atención del personal buena.
