Encontramos todo perfecto. Tal cual lo esperabamos. Muy bien equipado para cocinar y comer en el departamento, muy bien el lavarropas y secarropas, muy practico tener lavaplatos. Nuestros pedidos fueron resueltos con rapidez y eficacia. Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la zona mas linda para recorrer. Todo perfecto.

Good communication about the check-in — all done by email and using an app (as no one is on site, which was fine as expected). However, we asked for (and our reservation said it was) a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled like smoke (and still does). Otherwise the room is exactly as described.

The property is staffless and over relies on bots and scripts. Communication was excruciatingly frustrating as specific question generated the same canned response over and over. It’s a terrible business model if you have any special needs or questions outside of what a bot or heavily scripted person can handle.

Terrible experience upon check-in at the hotel. We stood on the street in front of the closed door and took pictures of the documents, without which they do not give access to the hotel. no staff. Help someone. The user experience in the app is terrible. You can't get inside without completing this quest. never ever

We did not use this reservation as we were moved to another property that was not suitable for us. we will not use Sonder ever again and we will flood the social networks with bad reviews

Our confirmed 5th floor room was switched to a basement room with bars on all windows without any notification from Sonder! It was very dark because the room was halfway underground! The bars on all the windows felt like we were in a jail cell on our vacation! To top it off, there were garbage bins placed outside of our barred windows during our entire stay! The rooms were also dirty, toilet seat did not cover the entire toilet bowl, the “cool” record player was broken, and customer service was completely incompetent! There’s a reason why this “hot startup” is losing a ton of money! They care more about their app working than actual customer satisfaction at their properties. There are so many complaints on various review sites and the Better Business Bureau! Do not stay at any Sonder properties! We had to learn the hard way!

The property is small but enough for family. There was no AC unit in the bedroom even though it’s clearly described in the listing. It was so difficult to sleep without AC as it was hot. I have two little kids and they were so uncomfortable throughout the night. There was tiny AC in living room and that was also not working. The pull out bed was broken and wasn’t fixed at all after complaining. Water was dripping from fridge. Some of the lights were not working in bedroom. Because of all the issues, We checked out a day early. As we couldn’t sleep in non-AC room and on broken bed. I complained to management about it and later they provided tower fan. But that didn’t fix all of our problems. We asked for refund for one day as we were leaving because of the issue. Management refused for the full refund and provided minimal compensation. This whole thing definitely spoiled our experience and we couldn’t enjoy our vacation as we couldn’t get good sleep and we were tired rest of the day. Even though location is very good of the place. I don’t recommend this place with little kids or family.

O Hotel tem uma ótima localização. O apartamento muito confortável e a cozinha equipada.

The sofa bed was broken the first day we got there, no one would communicate with us or respond to help us out. Twice they said they were sending someone both of those nights they didn’t and half of us had to sleep on the floor. They still wouldn’t help us after that. Finally on our last day they gave us another room that didn’t have a broken bed but that was after 20 minutes of begging on the phone. No one actually works on the property. Horrible, next to none, communication and in horrible condition (bed broken??) Unless we get a refund for the first two miserable days on the floor, I’m going to make sure everyone knows how bad they are at their job

The apartment was easy to find and a close walk from the train station. The baggage storage was easy to access and we left our bags there before check in. The apartment was complete and had everything you could need. The space was large and comfortable. The location was right in old Montreal but also close to the subway and many buses. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

I loved this place! It is in the middle of Old Montreal and everythint is walkable. The place does not feel like a hotel but instead an apartment. I loved the windows, the views, and how comfortable it felt to be there. I will be coming here again. I loved it.

It was great! Nice place and easy to access, the only issue we had was the bed was a bit dirty- a blood stain on the top sheet so we couldn’t use it. We did enjoy the kitchen and how much space we had!

The location is great. There were restaurants nearby and a breakfast place just around the corner. We traveled with kids and needed a kitchen due to my son having severe food allergies. We found a supermarket just about 8 minutes away from the apartment which was great. The kitchen is well equipped. The reason for my 3 stars is just that the apartment is very very small for a family of 4. I booked the 1 room and the description said it fits 4 people but once you open the sofa bed in the living room there is barely any space left to move around. We could barely open our luggage due to lack of space. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Hotel is well locate, safe neighborhood and staff are always available when you need anything. Thankyou.
