I love this hotel nestled in the heart of Old Montréal and Old Port. I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay. My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here. In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too. Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

We loved the location on St Vincent, close to St Paul street activities that we came to visit. The hotel accommodations are excellent, plenty of F&B options. We purposely stayed in the old wing of the hotel, where our ancestors had lived back in the 1880’s. The room retained the old stone walls and the wood roof rafters which made our stay magical.

The best part of our stay has to be the service. We cannot speak more highly of the level of service at this hotel. Our room was very nice but we could hear our neighbours through the wall on one side and the music from the pool on the other side. This is not unusual for hotels to lack a sense of privacy but it’s just something to keep in mind. We also loved that the hotel reserves special tables on their rooftop for hotel guests. The views and drinks were worth it.

Très belle hôtel dans le plus beau secteur de Montréal, plein de belle petites boutiques, restaurants, etc. La terrasse d’hiver c’est une excellent idée pour aller prendre un verre. J’ai adorée mon escapade mère-fille

Very cool hotel with great location if you’re looking to walk, eat, drink and shop. Busy area area and tiny pool so maybe not great for kids.

L’emplacement de hôtel est à proximité de tout. Employés poli et courtois. Toute était parfait

Très beau séjour personnel courtois et professionnel très belle terrasse Seul bémol chambre pas d’upgrade tel que sur site hôtel.com et un peu bruyant juste en dessous de la terrasse
