If you're touring the east coast this is a lovely stopping point. There are a handful of nicely decked-out rooms, ample parking, and a nice picnic spot just down the road if you fancy dinner al fresco. Montrose is a quick drive over the bridge if you prefer something more formally catered in the evening, and breakfast is fulsome and friendly.

What a gem of a place. Booked in for 2 nights and we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Kath is so lovely - felt like we had known her forever! So comfortable absolutely spotless, great shower! Beautifully presented. Breakfast was cracking and set us up for the day. Lovely walk down to the St Cyrus beach and bird sanctuary - blissfully peaceful. Thank you Kath!
