excellent place to stay. Ideal location, magnificent views and apartments cannot be faulted. Premises immaculately clean and resident managers are fantastic and very helpful if anything is needed. We have stayed here 4 times over 12 years and it gets better every time. If you are looking for great views of ocean and beach and the marina and beyond, get an apartment on the corner of building and above tree level. abso;utely fantsatic.

We had a wonderful stay at The Spit, Syd & Lauren could not have been more accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location is prime position directly onto the board walk & beach. Our apartment had everything we required & was comfortable light & airy. We would defiantly return

Sensational location - walk straight onto the baordwalk & the stunning beach. A short walk to tge Spit restaurants, the Warf or Mooloolaba. Lovely private pool. From the 5th floor, you have perfect views of the beach , can watch the sunset, and listen to the waves crashing as you sleep. The apartment is neat, clean & spacious. We visit the area yearly & best accommodation yet!

Our family had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mooloolaba thanks to staying here. The direct access to boardwalk and beach and close proximity to places to eat, shopping, surf club and things to do meant we could park the car and walk everywhere. We have 3 teen age boys who spent the entire time out and about swimming and fishing, playing soccer on the beach with new friends. We felt really safe here. Our apartment was so beautiful and had everything we needed for a home away from home. Open, breezy, great views, comfy beds and thankfully aircon in all rooms! The pool area is great and everything so clean and well kept. The property manages Ray and Lynlea were so lovely and helpful. We feel really lucky to have stayed in such a great spot. One of our favourite family holidays to date! We’d love to stay again, highly recommend!

We have just stayed recently and had an amazing time. The weather was beautiful. Our unit was very comfortable, We couldn't want for more... It was well situated to get around. The managers were always very helpful and friendly. We will be returning next year. We can't wait.
