From check-in to check-out, both Karlie and Alondra greeted us with smiling, friendly faces. Something most hotels are lacking. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable (even the pillows). The pet area is quiet with actual grass, had a station with clean up bags and a trash can and the grass was devoid of dog feces. This shows me that hotel staff actually clean the area since not all pet owners pick up after their pet. The pet “deposit” is higher than most and is not actually a deposit. You do not get the money back even if your pet does no damage to the room. This is not exclusive to this hotel. Most hotels we had required a pet deposit, but none as high as this one. If we come back this way again, we will definitely stay here. Kudos to Karlie and Alondra. You are the face of Hampton and should be commended for your friendly smiles and welcoming demeanor.
