You can check-in w/ key code & check-out. Located 15 min. from Davidson College & 35 minutes from uptown Charlotte & minutes from I-77. The Space: High end finishes, comfortable bedding with high thread count sheets and pillows. Brand new Stainless Steel Kenmore appliances, dishes, towels, and more. Washer/dryer in unit is free to use with laundry detergent. Coffee machine with stocked amenities included. Completely separate unit with its own entrance....no shared space! The Neighborhood: Please check out our handbook as it includes some favorite places to visit and eat nearby. Getting Around: Parking is on property in the back. Please do not park on circle drive. Park on asphalt parking lot. Interaction with Guests: Have full-time staff members you can reach out to if you have any questions. Ring security camera is located at back and front door for safety. Overnight stay Quiet area. Regularly maintained property. Everything as described was accurate. Host/hostess was courteous via messaging. Stayed here because it was so close to Carrigan Farms which was a wonderful way to kick off a holiday.
