We stayed at The property and really liked the experience. The staff is quite courteous, especially Mr Aniket sir us feel at home throughout the formalities. The rooms are neat & clean and the food is also good.and very good service to calrks inn thanks to you

We stayed here whilst on a business trip to Moradabad. The hotel was great. Our rooms were of a high standard, aircon very good, clean and comfortable bed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Neha who was always on hand to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We most certainly would return here.

Very good stay, clean and hygienic place. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Checkin and checkout was smooth and fast. Booked it for business purpose. The property has gym and pool also but I could not utilise it during the four day stay. In Moradabad, I think this is best property

We had a great experience staying. Miss Neha assured we had everything needful and her warm welcome made the stay easy. We are looking forward payment our next visit soon again. The best par was breakfast where creative team stall and live counters were attractive parts.

Food quality and hotel service to be improved, like room service and in breakfast should be added more items , rooms are good , big room clean room Overall stay is average, if define two parts then room part is good and food part should be improved .

A great property to stay at Moradabad. Rooms are big, neat & clean. There are in house gym and swimming pool. Breakfast spread is awesome. Excellent restaurant and great hospitality services provided by Ms. Anjum & Mr. Akshay and team. A must stay property.

Room stay was very comfortable, near and clean ambience. Staff behaviour is very polite. Love to stay again in this hotel during my business trip. One thing I loved the most that they have fasting food options during all the 3 meals also has jain food options.

Very fine hotel. BIG BIG Room. Food is excellent and not expensive. Location is very good. Service is excellent,staff is very helpful. You will enjoy stay in this hotel. There are a lot of Variety in breakfast. I would recommend this hotel. I like it

Difficult to put it in words. Water in room was so dirty almost black in colour. Bathroom had centipedes crawling that can scare you to death. Room service is ok but lacks professional behaviour. For 2600/- you get a basement room which might not go as per your liking because there is no lift. Food quality and breakfast is ok but not the best. Location is a little off after you evaluate price and such bad experience. Lil hard to recommend. Watch the pics

Cleanliness and comfort are our priorities, and it seems we fell short during your stay. On the day hotel water supply was momentarily disconnected to install a water pressure pump and due to this there could be issue with clear water as when circulation resumes, water brings some dissolved oxidised solids of pipeline. However it would hardly take just 2 to 3 min to drain and resume clear water supply. Once again we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We take your comments regarding the room service and overall experience very seriously. Your insights will help us make improvements. Thank you again for your review. Staff is very supportive- Neha ji specially and the rooms are also very nice. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay................
