Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche une expérience authentique et apaisante. Les soins ayurvédiques et le personnel compétent et charmant font de cet endroit un véritable sanctuaire de bien-être. Les infrastructures, la piscine, le jardin et la plage y ajoutent une touche de villégiature. Nous avons été littéralement enchantés par la qualité des soins ayurvédiques proposés dans cet hôtel. Chaque séance était une expérience holistique, où le bien-être de l'esprit et du corps était pris en considération avec une expertise remarquable. Les médecins, les masseurs, le personnel sont extrêmement attentifs à la santé et au bien-être des "vacanciers". Leur bonne humeur a ajouté une dimension humaine à notre séjour. Vous serez également surpris par la flore et la faune : les écureuils, les chauves-souris, les varans, les oiseaux... et même les vaches sur la plage !

Die Hotelzimmer sowie das Therapie Zentrum sind stark renovierungsbedüftig. Wir stellen seit 2018 keine Verbesserungen/Massnahmen zur Renovierung fest und es war 2018 schon sehr auffällig/erforderlich, aber nun muss man diesen Zustand eindeutig benennen, denn so stimmen Preis-Leistung leider nicht mehr! Das Management muss reagieren, sonst können die Top Ärzte wie auch Top Therapeuten nicht mehr gegen diesen Verfall an arbeiten!!!

My sincere thanks to Management & staff who truly made my stay a memorable one. From the day I arrived to my check out the staff never faulted their services. I have been to other Auyveda treatment place but the treatment care and cleanness of the entire clinic I found very appealing. The surrounding beauty also contributed to my comforts after the daily treatments. The location of the Resort is stunning and a short distance from the ocean which I found stimulating The food was a bit of a challenge but I must confess the freshly prepared food helped with the detoxification which was why I was there in the first place, so kudos to the chefs who put the meals together and always had a big variety to choose from. If given an opportunity to repeat the holiday, most definitely albeit I would book for a longer period

This was my first experience of Ayurveda. I booked directly with the hotel and received very prompt responses to any queries I had. I stayed for a week, in a very nice suite with a lovely sea view. All the staff are fantastic, from the guard at the gate, to the reception staff, the waiting staff, the people who service the rooms and of course the Ayurveda Centre staff. It’s a very peaceful place to stay. The pool area is lovely, the grounds are lush and it’s right beside the beach with soft golden sands. It’s also a short tuk tuk ride from a main train station on the Colombo to Galle line, which is handy if you don’t have your own transport and want to venture out to explore. I was a little disappointed with the food. Every meal is a buffet and I found it rather bland - although I do appreciate that the focus is on healthy eating not gourmet style!

とにかくスタッフの皆さんが親切で、ほとんどの方が笑顔で、快適に過ごすことができました。しかし、他の宿泊客に勝手に傘を持って行かれた際、フロントに別の傘を準備してくれるように連絡したのに、すぐに準備をしてくれないなど、多少の不満もありました。建物は老朽化が進んでいますが、宿泊中もリフォームしていました。また、滞在したいと思います。

Я поехала в этот отель на 2 недели аюрведы и это было непередаваемо! За 2 недели меня привели к заводским настройкам) В первый день вы встречаетесь с доктором и рассказываете о всех ваших проблемах и болячках) У меня запрос был на нижнюю часть спины (проблемы с позвоночными дисками) и еще хотелось бы скинуть 5 кг) Мне составили индивидуальную программу и питание. Каждый день у меня было 7-8 разных процедур: разные массажи, иглоукалывание, ингаляции травами, травяные ванны, чистка кишечника, широдара 4 дня, это очень крутая процедура и многое другое! В этом отеле упор на здоровое питание, там нет кофе, алкоголя, сахара и т.п, только травяные чаи и настои, и для меня кофемана сначала это было шоком, но именно там меня отучили пить кофе, а заменить его на травяные чаи, даже по возвращению домой я перестала пить кофе и есть сладости! Поменялось качество и цвет кожи, лицо и тело стали выглядеть моложе, я стала более спокойной. Йога и медитации на берегу моря утром и вечером- это отдельный вид терапии, там работают очень крутые тренеры. А так же весь персонал в аюрведа центре и ресторане большие профессионалы! Я рекомендую каждому хоть раз попробовать там, ну а я скоро обязательно туда вернусь! Спасибо

Had a fantastic stay and treatment at this great hotel. Treatments were well organised, ran to time and the food was also good. The staff were excellent with particular thanks to lucky in the restaurant and Sumudu in the room preparation team. Everybody was great but they really enhanced the stay. The hotel location is excellent on a fantastic and largely empty beach. Will be back

Wonderful time i had with my family members also very good staff members Ranil/Tarindu/Asha and members who sapported to us. V nice foods and lot of things to enjoy.my son enjoyed lot during the pool time.....good luck Team EDEN...

Отдыхала со своим молодым человеком в феврале 2022. Вид отеля не соответствовал ожиданиям и цене по сравнению с другими отелями. Да, программа релаксации была хороша, мы отдохнули душой и телом. Вишенкой на торте стало то, что нам не вернули 200 долларов и уже больше месяца игнорируют на всех сайтах...
