Overall very, shower is a little weak though

A Little bit too far out of town. Secluded with unlit car park. In need of some attention.

I arrived at Travelodge Oswestry for a 1 night stay on route to Climb mount Snowdon the following day. It was half past midnight when I entered my room and to my surprise both windows were wide open so the room was freezing cold. I closed them and turned the radiator on which was completely turned off when I arrived. Additionally the extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night despite the lights being off and it was so noisy it disturbed my sleep further. This wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

Stayed in this hotel during travelling over to wales. Paid £35 which I thought was excellent value, rooms are very basic obviously (you get what you pay for), but nice comfy bed , spacious room, nice bath, location is good, no problems whatsoever, would recommend.

If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and you're not bothered about 5 star, then this is just what you need.Quiet comfortable, on the plus side, adsa local, burger king, kfc, All within thirty seconds walk from the hotel.

Stayed here just over a year ago and the difference is great. It’s so nice to see the car park resurfaced and the place has been done up nicely. I find this location to have quiet rooms where you can’t hear others once inside your room. It’s clean and the staff are friendly when you see them. Look forward to future stays.

Great to see this Travelodge get its update. The car park is now like a new place! Staff as always super friendly and helpful - good recommendations and the room was great. Loving the new colours - really much improved in so many ways here since we last stopped a couple of years ago Seating in reception was a bonus while waiting for our taxi and new curtains make a difference too we had a great sleep and long lie in with no disturbance. We will return sooner next time for sure! Well done Travelodge !

Had to go as had an appointment at the Robert Jones and Agnes hunt Hospital . Drove up from Kent day before pot holes, roadworks and rain on journey up but an uneventful trip had booked the travel lodge for over night cheerful staff and the place was clean and comfortable. Had a beer and food in a. Pub down the road nothing special but filled a hole. Wife opened the curtains following morning to 4 inches of snow a surprise as chucking it down with rain when we went to bed. Snow ball fight while cleaning off the car then a breakfast in Morrisons Appointment went well now waiting for a call for knee replacement . Which will mean another trip

Stayed for couple of nights with family. Nice stay and comfortable, easy to reach North Wales sightseeing places from the hotel, good connectivity.

Room was good for the price ＜£40. Clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, tea and Coffee, spacious, warm and quiet and plenty of free parking, great facilities on the area - Starbucks, KFC etc However quite a few minor maintenance issues; - chain on bath plug broke so couldn’t get the plug out - toilet flushed but paper remained - shower gel dispenser above the bath didn’t work - bedside phone charging ports didn’t work I actually thought it was closed when I initially pulled up as the road to it was pitch black - I’ve been before but trying to find it for the first time would be difficult Realised at 11pm when i got out the bath there was no hairdryers in the room……annoying I probably wouldn’t stay here again on my own for the simple reason that there was no way of locking the door from the inside so didn’t feel particularly safe.

Booked and stayed here with some chums as we were motorcycling nearby. My experience was really very good. The staff were all very helpful polite and friendly. They are a credit to themselves, the establishment and the company. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and the food was reasonable. The value for money for the package is outstanding. I will certainly be staying here again when I’m the area.

Driving into the Travelodge the road not been repaired in ages very dark no lighting I have stayed there many times over the years and its not changed at all ..upon a arrival we found the receptionist very friendly and helpful..they replaced carpets up the stairs ..strong smell of new carpets in our room...there's new curtains shower curtain and carpet..the bed/pillows we found very hard the let down was the bathroom very strong smell of damp don't think we would have stayed more than one night

Nice and quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. There was a minor issue with my room but it was sorted immediately!

We were travelling from Holyhead to Norfolk…the rooms are clean warm and really comfortable,had a great night staying in Oswestry…will return again for sure
