住宿很好，早餐不錯

It's dirty, worn out, it doesn't have a gym, the pool doesn't exist, it's broken, the building is in bad shape, dirty windows, bad walls, etc. The breakfast is disgusting, an apple and yogurt from the cafe is the cheapest and most common. This place is a shame.

The staff neglected to inform me of the continental breakfast, that the 2 phones in the room did not work, that the only working ice machine was on the first floor (my room was on the 3rd floor), nor did they tell me of the WIFI password. There wasn't an ice bucket in the room and when I asked for one, I was told that hopefully they have an extra one. I couldn't get the TV to work. A staff member came to the room and got it working......all I had to do was click on the channel button!!! I had been clicking on everything else: guide, menu, home....Why don't they have notice on how to work the TV remote!! It's so simple! The worst thing was the live cockroach in the bathtub!!!!

They wanted us on the second floor. We insisted on the first floor due to all our stuff needing to be unloaded. Maybe the second floor was refurbished but the room they gave us certainly needed it! The bathroom door had many large church’s of paint missing, red stains on the box spring, my husband saw a roach in the bathroom and the light we wanted to keep on so the bugs wouldn’t feel liberty to come out, automatically shut off. The beds were comfy but everything else was dirty and gross and old feeling. Again, maybe they’re in the middle of remodeling? That’s the Grace I’ll give them. We left early when we saw the bug. We did not get to enjoy our breakfast that was included…but would we want to?

The name sounds impressive - Xola Trademark Collection - but it's just a 2-star hotel, albeit a fairly good one. The neighborhood was sketchy, with the homeless seen onsite twice. We made sure we didn't leave anything in the car overnight. The bed was comfy and the staff friendly.

The bulidings fire alarm kept going on at night that woke us up went on 3 times during the night wasnt able to get sleep because of it . I called the front desk to see if there was a fire and they just said there was no fire it was trigered accidentally. Wouldnt stay there again if i cant get my sleep at a place made to get sleep.

We were very happy with this hotel. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We stayed 5 nights and felt very welcome by the friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
