Lovely stay at the hotel. It was amazing to see bith sunrise and sunset at our balcony. Unforgettable experience!

The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all super friendly and very helpful with tips on where to park and what was good to eat and drink. The Urban King room we booked was very clean, roomy and modern with a luxurious King size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, plantation shutters, a balcony, free standing bathtub and large shower that had excellent water pressure 😃. This was a superb hotel with everything you need at your fingertips.

Lovely property. Booked for a relaxing weekend as a couple. Just be aware that the water view rooms look over the pool and the noise from the pool carries allot so it’s hard to relax on your balcony and enjoy some serenity. There’s often lots of people around the pool from open to close. Lovely rooms & wonderful dining options. Also highly recommend the Chinese across the road.

Nothing not to like. Staff were incredibly helpful and charming. Rooms very clean and comfortable, including bed. Ate at the pub several nights and food always very good. Pool area kept clean and tidy. Best short stay for a very long time.

Very comfortable bed, nice and clean. However parking was a big let down as had to park on the street some distance away. Not staying guests were using car park to use the bar & bistro which is open to public.

From the moment we arrived we loved this place. The pool, the room (wish we had a better view, you get what you pay for) the Breakfast, the walk to the Pub all so convenient.

I left a bag with our passports and the staff we very prompt in getting hold of us to return it. We really appreciated their efforts, thanks

Appears to have been recently renovated. The hotel is decorated in the classic tropical beach style. We loved the bistro and bar area which directly overlooks budgewoi lake. Meals were great value with a wide menu and cocktails to sample. Our room and balcony overlooked the large pool area and the beds were soft and comfy. A great place to stay.

start with the staff they are amazing people very friendly very helpful and i loved the service...but there are few thing not convenient like the stench from the river is so bad you can't sleep at night and can't sit outside in the day time.and there are over 100 birds congregated in a big tree in the back yard of the hotel where the balconies are and they are so noisy all day around , and the pool have his own bar but unfortunately it's closed all week and if you need drink you have to order it from inside bars except weekend it's open, last the food and the drink in the hotel it's very expensive and not worth it every day , and overall two days just enough for relaxing .
