沙菲拉河濱度假村

The property is basic with basic amenities. The bed linen ,towels , bathroom soaps are poor quality. The hotel has spacious rooms but the AC are not well maintained and can’t cope up with the heat. The temperature of the rooms especially living room is very uncomfortable. There is no powder room or wash basin near the dinning area which is another put off. The staff is not well trained and not co operative. The people communicating don’t take calls once paid money and are not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommended it to anyone. They have also deducted large amount from my refund money for no reason after my stay.

I have booked room in Safira river front resort . Rooms are beautiful to stay .. even staff over there are very friendly and helpful

Location was Perfect Morjim which is having less crowd but Resort was having lack of Morning Breakfast Menu (after 9 am only service available) & Swimming Pool Good for all age group. Rooms Good and big. Rest lawn was there but No Activities were there inspite of beautiful back water view.
