The service staff and receptionists do not take care of customers with drinking water or things they need. When calling the cleaning staff, they do not come. The service is quite bad.

While the location is good/average, the maintenance of property is very bad. The bed and associated upholstery was not clean. The mattress was probably the worst. We did bring this to notice of management....but guess what, no response. We were booked in property while wedding festivities were going on....so very loud music till almost midnight....why do they take guest reservations when they cannot provide a calm and peaceful stay? Lastly, the checkout time is 10 am....which is very early as compared to other equivalent hotels.

SkyLine Club & Resorts Indore is an incredible retreat nestled in the hills just outside the city. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with stunning views of the hills. The staff is warm and friendly, and the food at the on-site restaurant is delicious. The resort's amenities, including the pool and spa, are top-notch, providing a truly relaxing experience.

"I really wanted to love this stay because the location is beautiful and the cuisine is truly awesome. However, the room facilities were a huge disappointment. We dealt with a leaking jet flush that made the bathroom almost unusable. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic courtesy. Despite multiple requests, our room was never cleaned, and housekeeping was completely uncooperative. We even had to provide our own basic toiletries like shampoo and hand wash. Great potential, but the management needs a serious overhaul."

And don't get me started on breakfast folks it’s like paradise on a plate so much variety to choose from! Not to mention my room offered stunning views whether gazing towards gardens or catching glimpses near pools brilliant spot for relaxation definitely recommend checking it out.

Oh wow what a fantastic spot for family fun! The rooms are super comfy and the location is perfect. There’s so much for the kids to enjoy like a great play area and sports facilities. Plus, they even have areas to take cute selfies which is just awesome. Don't forget about that temple inside the hotel it adds such a special touch.
