Very good service and friendly staff

Amazing property! Nick at the front desk was awesome, he took care of me and my handicap mom much better than expected. Beautiful property, clan and big room (with a nice size kitchen and full size refrigerator). Beautiful courtyard. Honestly just a great experience from beginning to end.

J'ai passe trois semaines dans cet hôtel avec ma famille. On était dans une chambre pour quatre personnes avec deux lits doubles et un petit salon avec cuisine. En soit, l'hotel est correct mais devient fatiguant si on y passe beaucoup de temps comme nous ( Le petit dejeuner, par exemple n'est pas tres varie et ne change jamais). Point positif, les barbecues mis a disposition des clients a tout moment a cote de la piscine.

Sonesta took over several Mariott Residence in Hotels and I wish they wouldn’t.. Sonesta is a pain, they charge $15 for check in before 4.pm, this location is extreme, they charge even if you want to check in 3.pm even you are a Sonesta member. Other chains offer free early check and even free late check out! The other thing is the breakfast which ends at 9.am (some location even 8:30.am) TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Sonesta management has to change their policies, they are absolutely not guest friendly. Not competitive, most of the time agents are not friendly. The company probably not treating them well..

Cleanliness of the hotel is what stood out the most to me. It's so nice to come to a home away from home and feel comfy and cared for! The breakfast was wonderful, and the pancake maker was a big hit with the kids. Angela at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. I would most certainly stay at this location again.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Many items missing or broken. Exterior doors broken. Buildings do not connect to main lobby. Sidewalks cracked and are tripping hazard. ADA door opening assist broken. Only one washer in laundry area. Coin operated. Other issues which are financially related. Watch carefully at the front desk during checking in.

This is an average extended stay. It is a bit on the tired side. No need to bring an alarm as the jet traffic starts at 6 as the place is under the airport approach and take off. It was a basic room with charm of the 1990s. There is little in the way of luxury.

We had a wonderful time at this super clean hotel. The beds and pillows were perfect and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed, and the automatic pancake maker was a big hit! Everything was in working order and you can tell that the people that work there take pride in their job. I highly recommend these accommodations and look forward to staying there again.

Sonesta has another hotel called Sonesta Select Raleigh Durham right next to this ES Suites. I stayed there a couple of years ago and I found several maintenance issues and unfriendly staff. I stayed another "Sonesta" this time to give Sonesta a second chance, but Sonesta disappointed me again. First, when I called the front desk to check if the hotel received my request made through **********, the person who answered my call asked me my full name (I spelled out my first and last name one by one) and the dates I was going to stay. Very naturally, I was assuming she was looking at my reservation information on her PC screen to help me. So, I asked her if she saw my request. She said I needed to send the request through **********. I patiently told her that I already made the request through ********** and I was checking if it was successfully received. She did not listen to me and told me I should call ********** again. I explained to her again and then, she asked me my full name again to find my reservation. Throughout the call, she was very unfriendly. Second, at my check-in, the person at the front desk was not as welcoming as the person working in the hospitality industry whom a normal hotel guest reasonably expects. Third, this Sonesta is a suite for long-term stays, but surprisingly, this hotel does not provide a trolley to carry luggage. It is almost a joke. The room was clean and has full full-service kitchen. This may be the only one positive I found at my stay this time.
