Verrrrrrry strong, pungent odor in the bathroom permeated the air from previous customers who unmistakably had adult relations. You instantly smell it. In addition, the room itself smells of terrible mold. It was so bad that my young child & I could barely fall asleep. But we had Ubered there at 1:45am after a delayed flight, and I didn't have the energy to demand that the front desk switch us to an alternate room because usually they won't when you book through a 3rd party online, so we had to suffer in that strong stench. Their airport shuttle service ends at 12am and I soooo desperately wish that I had known this crucial fact before booking this "crappiest room in America". The smell is so sickening and repulsive. I was beyond appalled that they stuck a mom & child in a mold infested room. It's shameful to charge guests for stench. They need to get rid of the mold and wipe the bathroom walls and floors with bleach to cleanse the stench away. It reeks so very incredibly bad.

be aware that there is no night shuttle there. i had a bad time to find that i have to look for a transportation at 3am to reach the airport. rude lady on fd.Codition of the room is out of discussion, room smells, falling baseboard, shaking showerhead, the switcher in bathroom had an issue and i thought that needed to request bulb changing next day - whole evening without light.

Upon checking in and going into the room. It smell really really bad. So i ask for another room. When we got to the next room it smell better but a little while later we started seeing baby roaches. I intended on asking for another room but i dont think it would be any better. I would of left but the hotel was already prepaid and finding another one at such short notice was not ideal. The few nights i spent here was horrible. The walls are so thin you were able to hear all footsteps and noise above and the sides of the room. Breakfast was ok uponing just looking, as they had simple things like coffee, donut holes, etc. I opted out and just went to the Waffle house next door.This hotel needs a serious update and extermination crew. They also advertised there was a pool. That was also a lie. The pool is being taken out. If your just spending one night its ok but i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Book at your own risk..

The room is really nice for the price and the shuttle driver and front desk agent were great! Great value for the money! The only negative was the thin walls, I could hear my neighbor's TV all night.

Nice property, restaurants and airport close by. Like the park and fly option. Very nice staff and amenities.

Noisy with construction going on. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. When another door slammed closed it shook our entire room. The sheer drapes on the window were ripped and torn, can't believe they would leave them in such condition. There was a constant periodic banging sound coming from the bathroom, sounded like a plumbing issue inside the wall. The cold water barely trickled out of the faucet.

Conveniently close to the airport, comfortable, and well-priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Mold and mildew in the bathtub and dirt and grime coming out of the pipes. Also I tried to take a picture of the roaches but they had moved before I could snap because I went to get a show to kill it from climbing up the wall

Breakfast is pretty basic. Room was fine. Checked in at 9:30 and went to bed. No disruptions, even though it is next to the airport.

For the price it was worth it. Clean, free parking, walking distance to afew restaurants and convenience stores.

Shuttle to Raleigh Airport and it's pretty good rating!! Decent price unless you got someplace I can stay for free.

Staff were pleasant. The room was clean the bed comfortable, and the shower was hot. I was on the third floor and ever door had a no smoking signs on the doors but when I got off the elevator and walked to my room it was very evident people were smoking somewhere on that floor. My room however did not smell of cigarette smoke and I was only there overnight.

Staff was nice. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was not one of the most impressive hotel breakfast I've seen.
