Front desk Service was good when I checked in. First issue was on Saturday morning when I decided to indulge in the breakfast buffet because I missed it on Friday, I noticed the potatoes were black and the bacon was hard and had a stale taste. The associate said it was from Friday and it would take 20 mins for fresh food. It was almost 10am when the buffet was supposed to end. It lets me know that this is how y’all do things around here and how y’all see your patrons. And I still got charged for it. NO THANK YOU. 1. Why are you serving yesterdays food. 2. why are y’all charging full price for it? 2nd issue was, I had the Do not enter sign on the door and when I came back Saturday evening, everything was clean and moved around. Privacy and safety is why the sign is there. 3rd issue is that the pool floor look like it haven’t been updated since the hotel opened, so I definitely wasn’t stepping in that, plus it wasn’t heated. To sum it all up, I will not be returning because I’m sure nothing will change.
