We had an unfortunate experience with Ascot Suites. I booked a Queen Suite that (should have) slept 4 people.
The description stated the room included a queen bed with a double sofa bed. On arrival, our room had a queen bed and a small chaise lounge, no double sofa bed for my children to sleep on.
We also encountered multiple, long, dark hairs in the sheets.
So, needless to say we decided to leave the hotel since they would not accommodate our family AND the fact that we were thoroughly grossed out with the condition of the room.
They refunded us for 2 of the nights, BUT have yet to refund us for the first night even though we never stayed at their property. We have gotten the run around stating corporate had to get involved. The manager has never called us or reached out. We have made ALL the attempts to reach them.
