Longe dos pontos turísticos, dificulta muito a ida na praia e os demais lugares

Fiz uma reserva em 12/2023 com pagamento integral pra março de 2024 sem direito a reembolso. Ocorre que tenho transtorno bipolar com tentativas de suicídio. Entrei em Crise em janeiro e geralmente costuma demorar alguns meses e não fico sem supervisão de alguém nessa fase. Entrei em contato com o hostel e mesmo diante da gravidade do caso não devolveram nenhuma porcentagem do meu dinheiro. Estava aceitando qualquer valor. Eles não só ficaram com meu dinheiro como também cancelaram a reserva “por eu representar perigo aos hóspedes”. Ou seja, minha doença foi grave motivo pra eles cancelarem a reserva sem eu pedir, mas não foi motivo para eles devolverem meu dinheiro ou guardar a reserva para um período que eu estivesse bem. Há sempre uma exceção para uma regra, mas infelizmente a ganância desse Hostel é maior que tudo. Não tenho culpa de sentir e viver esse transtorno. Sofro com sua imprevisibilidade e ainda mais com quem não tem empatia para se colocar no meu lugar.

O ambiente é agradável, os voluntários e colaboradores são bacanas. A localização não é boa, é um pouco longe do centro em um bairro de moradores, não recomendo para quem viaja sozinha, todas as noites tinha medo de voltar pela rua que os moradores te encaravam e uma parte é toda de barro e com mato dos lados. Não gostei do café da manhã que é bem simples com praticamente as mesmas opções todos os dias em um prato feito pela colaboradora, (café, leite e suco artificial). Fiquei em uma suíte privativa, para solicitar toalha adicional e cobertor é necessário pagamento.

Melhor hostel da ilha!! Pessoas maravilhosas, ótima infraestrutura e quartos com bastante conforto!! Recomendo a todos!

Los chicos que trabajan en farofa, los mejores!!!! hermosas personas! Hacían planes grupales, para recorrer playas y a la noche organizaban comidas todos juntos. La habitación muy limpia, espaciosa, los espacios compartidos, siempre impecable. Muy contenta de haberlos elegido para compartir mis vacaciones! super recomendado!

Great a**osphere, the owners are lovely and really try to make everyone bound and have fun ! The pool is also a great addition. The rooms are clean and of really good value for money, considering the breakfast is included and includes fruits, cakes and sandwiches. I recommend 100% !

Very nice hostel, warm welcome and staff helpfull, cosy bedrooms, comfortable dorms, swimming pool, substantial breakfast, quiet location but a little bit out of the center. I highly recommend this hostel in this lovely island.

The hostel is very clean and offers the best breakfast. The owners and volunteers make you feel at home very quickly. All travelers, solo, groups, young, old, should go to Farofa! Morro de SP is a small island. You can walk everywhere and get to know the people from the island very easily, as well as other travelers and there is plenty of opportunity to relax and explore.

Farofa was such an amazing hostel in Morro! The best part had to be the incredible staff that works there. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the energy at the hostel was always incredible and so fun. The location is a bit of a walk from the center of the town but it is beautiful and the jungle surrounding the hostel is amazing as well. We loved the pool and the breakfast was great. Can't recommend Farofa enough and thank you so much to the awesome staff :)
