Nos dijeron que expedía no está actualizado por que preguntamos por la piscina que vimos en las fotos y nos dijeron que si hubiéramos reservado con el hotel directo nos hubieran informado que la piscina estaba cerrada terrible experiencia para mi niño

The property was not up to the standard I was accustomed to as a patron. I was highly disappointed with presence of the structure as well as the upkeep. As a matter of fact, I felt insecure with the characters I noticed renting rules. It appeared as if the property was being run as rooming or boarding house. I checked out 2 hours later. I would like to be reimbursed for my inconvenience as well as the trouble I went through traveling to such a place. I was surprised that ******* would even have anything to do with such a place that I checked into. I should at least be given refunded 3/4 of my money since I only stayed 2 hours because of the condition of the establishment

I was not initially impressed with the room. It’s older, but it was clean. The a/c worked but was loud. I was most impressed by the woman who manages the breakfast room. What a nice and friendly lady! It didn’t look like they had a big variety of food choices, but they actually had more than I have found in other places.

The gentleman who checked me in last night was not friendly at all. When I got in the room which was on the 3rd floor ( no elevator) imagine dragging your luggage through 3 flights of stairs. Then the room smells like cigarette smoke. I have asthma, but I was afraid to go back downstairs and talk to the intimidating guy at the front desk. Then I stayed in the room. The left side of the bed was interested. I don’t know what was happening with the mattress, but the right side was fine. I slept on the right side. To add to the disappointing experience, when I tried to make coffee in the morning, the coffee maker was so filthy, I just gave up. The only positive experience that I had with my stay was the kindness of the lady at the front desk when I checked out .

First and foremost y’all put this picture of a beautiful establishment that looks like at least 4 stars so y’all false advertised EVERYTHING talking bout a pool the pool had no water in it!!! It wasn’t nowhere near the same property pictured even the pictures of the rooms were not the same TERRIBLE!!!!!!

The non-smoking rooms are worst than the smoking rooms. I used lysol and still had trouble breathing in the rooms. I had to drive with the windows down because the smoke was in my clothing

I left the room in 5 minute and book the room at somewhere else. Room was aweful and smell like hell. It wasn’t worth it. Try to get my refund at ******* but didn’t get penny back.

Pool was not working they did not inform guest prior to booking towels were stained in rooms ppl were hanging out in parking lot with loud music

I chose this property because it has an indoor pool. The pool is no longer available. If there was no inside pool I would have found a place that fits what I wanted.
