om the moment we arrived at Keys Hotel along Uru Road in Moshi, we felt warmly welcomed by the attentive, friendly staff — especially Foya whose cheerful professionalism made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the Moshi town centre, and on clear days, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the snowcapped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro right from the grounds

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Keys Hotel, et une mention toute particulière revient au personnel, qui a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci à Emmanuel et Jackson, deux serveurs absolument géniaux : toujours souriants, chaleureux, attentionnés et très professionnels. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable, avec une vraie bonne humeur et un sens de l’accueil exceptionnel. Le soir de mon anniversaire, l’ambiance était incroyable et nous avons partagé des moments très sympas avec eux, ce qui a rendu cette soirée vraiment mémorable. Ce sont des personnes humaines, authentiques et passionnées par leur métier. Je recommande vivement le Keys Hotel pour la qualité de son service et l’énergie positive de son équipe. Encore merci à Emmanuel et Jackson pour ces super souvenirs !

This hotel is the best in moshi I will give it 10/10 from food to accomodation the staff everything was perfect I will be back again and reffer most of my friends and family best of the best family friendly solo trip I also recommend this hotel..

I stayed in one of the separate bandas and my room had a tiny corner closet with exactly two hangers in it. They brought me two more. The first morning the hair dryer wasn't working, and someone came immediately to look at it. As it couldn't be fixed, he returned very quickly with a replacement to use, and later that evening they replaced the non-working one. Very much appreciated the quick response. The television had 3 channels: one sports, one DSTV advertisements, and Al Jazeera. I love Al Jazeera when travelling, but the sound was as if it was underwater and incomprehensible. The manager looked at it, but said it was the channel itself, although it seems like it would have improved at some point if there was a technical issue with the broadcast, and it never did. (Perhaps you're thinking, why watch TV if you're in Moshi? Fair question. However, I was there working, not on safari or trekking, and at the end of a long day, just wanted to relax with a bit of news.) Wifi was not great and often went out. It was not possible to work in my room. A limited menu, but I had pizza and salad one night which was quite good -- especially the salad, very fresh and lightly dressed. The wait staff were friendly and kind, as were the front desk staff.

A Keys hotel is the oasis of the Moshi town. There is warm atmosphere, fresh swiming pool, nice souvenir shop and very delicious food. For me, the best of the staff was Hans who is ready to help you whatever you ask. He is smart hoast and he speeks fluent English. However, hotel is clean and secure.

I stayed at Keys Hotel in Moshi and, unfortunately, left behind some personal items. When I contacted the hotel shortly after my stay to follow up, I expected a basic level of professionalism and effort in helping me locate them. Instead, I received a defensive and dismissive response. Rather than showing concern or offering to double-check, I was told the hotel “does not have a habit of stealing” and was asked to question my travel companions. This kind of response is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. A guest seeking help with lost items should not be met with thinly veiled accusations or be made to feel as though they are being unreasonable for asking. The lack of accountability and basic customer service in this situation was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who expect integrity, courtesy, and responsible service.

レストランが充実していてよかった。 特に朝食は飲み物も食べ物もたくさん種類があったので3日間滞在しても飽きなかった。

Nice moment had a nice food that was tasty with a nice environment complementing my meal. Not to say kind warm welcoming staffs with high degree of professionalism

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super und sehr dankbar bin ich, dass ich mein Late Check out verschieben durfte. Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Gartenterrasse lag wunderbar, jederzeit konnte Essen und Getränke bestellt werden. Danke!

This is a great place to stay in Moshi. Super friendly staff and the Hotell is super clean. Bar and restaurant area is excellent to relax after activities nearby. Stayed there before and after the climb to Kilimanjaro. Highly recommended. The breakfast could have been better and have more options, but all in all this was a great place.

Laute Klimaanlage kein Balkon es gibt einen Pool mit Plastikliegen ohne Handtücher für Hotelgäste, keine Sonnenschirme. Restaurant mit leider schlechter bis mittlerer Qualität des Essens. Morgens beim Frühstück hat es leider sehr lange gedauert bis Kaffee, Brot etc. nachgefüllt wurde. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kilimandscharo. Vermutlich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Kilimandscharo Besteigungen, wir würde dieses Hotel als Paar im Rahmen unserer Tansania Rundreise nicht nochmal buchen.

We had an amazing trip. Keys staff; Miriam, Trizer, Swai & Tito were with us every step of the way. We spent 3 days in Zanzibar & 3 on Safari. It was so wonderful to come home to Keys. I would love to go back and would definitely want to stay at Keys again!
