We werden heel vriendelijk verwelkomd, door 2 lieve dames. Ze lieten ons het hotel zien en we keken onze ogen uit! Werkelijk prachtig! Daarbij een fijn bed en een goede douche. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends was subliem met een prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan. Supermarkt en restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Kortom; een aanrader!

O estilo do hotel remete à realeza britânica e é bastante curioso e interessante. O café da manhã é delicioso. O hotel conta com piscina e um pub bastante peculiar no subsolo. O quarto era de um tamanho razoável e com cama confortável. Fica a poucos minutos a pé do cafe gannet.

This wonderful little gem of a hotel was truly one of our best discoveries ever, in decades of travel all over the world. Pride, care, and meticulous attention to detail is apparent in every aspect of Betty's Boutique Hotel. What made this small hotel stand out above many other very nice places we have stayed was the personal attention and "bend-over-backwards" service from one of the co-owners, Lewis, whose family created this amazing, cozy bit of Victorian/Edwardian England in Mossel Bay. We had not planned to stay here, but wound up needing accommodation at the last minute. When we called Betty's to inquire if a room were available, we were fortunate to get Lewis on the phone. Because it was already fully dark and load shedding was in effect, he offered to fetch us from a nearby hotel which we had decided not to stay in, and guided us to Betty's. Once there, he did everything from parking our car, to bringing in our luggage to providing us with a top quality welcome bottle of wine. After a short while talking with Lewis, and learning about his family and the history of the hotel, we felt more like we were visiting a friend than staying in a hotel. We stayed in a suite literally fit for royalty, with every detail of the decor and the facilities just perfect. Breakfast the following morning in front of a warming fire, served by one of the hotel's cheerful staff, was icing on an already perfect cake. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to the most demanding of travelers; you will not be disappointed. As regular travelers between Cape Town and Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay is not a usual stopping point for us. But after discovering Betty's, we will make a point of finding reasons to go back for return visits. Thank you, Lewis, for the best surprise discovery of this trip.

Mit Blick zur Bucht und 10 Minutes Walk zum Hafen, liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und strahlt Idylle aus. Wer mal so richtig Pop mag oder die britische Tradition verehrt, oder mal ein Ken und Barbie Gefühl entwickeln will, ist hier richtig. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück war Great. Das Bad sehr großzügig und das King Size Bett nicht zu weich. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann am Grundstück parken. Die sehr spezielle Kellerbar macht neugierig.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Bettys . Helpful and friendly from the minute we arrived . A welcome drink was appreciated . Loved both of the quirky bars for a drink and the pool table was a great idea . Rooms were comfy and spacious with all we needed . A great warm and friendly even homely stay !

Jolie hôtel style chambre d'hôte. Décoration britanique kitsh mais qui fait l'affaire notre enfant a adoré le partie qui leur est réservé avec la cabane, et la piscine. Déçu du petit déjeuné pas très gouteux, et qualité. Personnel accueillant et professionnel
