非常吵，在大路邊，晚上大貨車一直不斷。注意，沒有獨立衞生間，衹有公共衞生間和浴室。是個房車營地，算不上旅館。

From the moment we booked our stay, I made it clear to the staff that we intended to have lunch on-site before driving back home to Tauranga, especially since the website indicated a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Upon discussing this concern, the staff assured us that it was permissible, even offering to extend our stay until the afternoon since we were located by the lakefront and the 11:00 AM check-out time only applied to permanent cabins. However, due to rain around 11:00 AM, we decided to utilize the kitchen facilities to reheat some food for the kids and baby in our group, ensuring they wouldn't go hungry on our trip home. Just as we were almost finished cooking, the staff informed us that we needed to vacate the premises within 15 minutes. They cited their cleaning schedule and the need for standard procedures, despite our willingness to clean up after ourselves. Unfortunately, our request for an extension was not accommodated.

Final day here at Motutere Bay Top10 Holiday Park 😪. Its been an amazing week, absolutely loved it. Only left camp once. Lot's of kayaking, swimming and sunbathing 🙃😍. This place is absolutely awesome. Staff have been fantastic, always happy to see you. They work hard to provide excellent customer service and keep the Park and facilities clean, tidy and operational. The facilities are perfect, great showers, toilet block, kitchen, laundry and BBQ area. Absolutely love the lake front sites. Definitely my first choice. Even on a bad weather day, it's still a great outlook. As mentioned before, the atmosphere (vibe & hum) of the place has been excellent and so different to July with lots more family groups and tourists filling the place. Been really nice watching family groups spending quality time together, enjoying camping, water sports and fishing. So many life time memories made. Ngā mihi nui for having me this week, I have had a lovely relaxing week. Looking forward to returning again to enjoy your awesome place, Ka kite anō au i a koutou. Highly recommend Motutere Bay Top10 Holiday Park as a place to stay, ā dat, week, month or forever 🌞😊👍.

Just had our 3rd family holiday at Motutere... 11 kids aged 4 to 18yrs and 5 adults plus 1 who was able to squeeze in 2 nights. Awesome time It was swimming, kayaks and kites. We hope to be back next year to see how many can to the buoy challenge.

Wow what an incredible 6 nights on Lakeside Site 64. Had the best stay ever, only missed going out on the lake kayaking one day due to weather ... well, it is Takurua. Staff were amazing, so hardworking, keeping the facilities and camping ground in top condition. Facilities were fabulous, everything you could want. Location was perfect. Look forward to returning, all going well February 2024. Ngā mihi Team for an amazing place and your kindness and friendliness.

Avoid this camp site Billed as being next to the tranquil waters of the lake- this isn’t an untruth. It is however sandwiched between the main road artery of New Zealand and the lake. Our site was 10metres from this road. Heavy traffic 24h a day. Logging trucks all night long so no sleep. This didn’t apply to us but if you had youngish children it would be an added nightmare since the fence to the road was poor- sheep fencing. No gate to cross the road to the main part of the campsite. Unlikely, but, no Armco to protect the site - so if a vehicle came of the road……

Fantastic stay at Motutere Bay which was enhanced by the Motutere Park staff and caretaker Julie who provide great guidance about Motutere park and additional aspects like booking for 2025 and local area which helped us understand the nuances of Motutere Park and enhanced our stay at a extremely busy period

Booked 5 months in advance and asked for a site next to family this wasn’t accommodated. We were 10m from SH1 in a tent. Trucks going past 24/7. It was unbearable to relax at the site or sleep, we left early because we were so tired. I asked to move to a different site and the staff were completely unsympathetic and told me there was no option but to leave.

We have been coming to Motutere every year for 10yrs. This year we had to change our normal dates for our site due to a change in normal holiday plans, they were more than accommodating and got us onto another good site for our altered dates. Our family loves this park.

I would highly recommend Top 10 Holiday Parks Motutere Bay for future customers looking for a great camping experience! Friendly service, clean amenities, and amazing views- YOU CAN’T GO WRONG! Although right next to a main highway, sleep quality was still good!

Definitely happy with our stay at Motutere Top 10. The location is incredible, and the lakefront being right across the street is awesome. Obviously the campsite is on either side of statehighway 1 so you do hear the trucks at night, but nothing earplugs can't fix. The facilities are great, we stayed there on the busiest night of the year (new years eve) and did not have to queue for the BBQ or a sink/stovetop in the kitchen once. The communal pots and pans were a lifesaver for us as unprepared teenagers. The shower blocks were very nice and clean, the addition of the small mirrors and hair dryers in the womens' make for a nice glamping experience. The toilet block was not as nice, but as the shower block was separate there was no real need to spend much time in there. The reception has a good little shop with all the usual things that get accidentally forgotten (ours was aftersun!), which is a lifesaver considering you are a 20 minute drive away from any other shops. We loved our stay, but were disappointed that one of the sites we were allocated was mostly unusable due to the two trees taking up over half of the site. Luckily we had space to spare as we had three sites and only small tents to put up, but if that was the only site purchased and a family planned to put up a three room tent, I can imagine it would be a very disappointing holiday.

Clean well maintained facilities and a friendly helpful staff and one of the best locations in NZ made this a great holiday.. Our family has been returning to this camping ground for over 60 years and we hope that our next generations will be able to continue enjoying this unique facility.

My partner and I really loved it. We camped there and enjoyed ourselves. There were appliances we were able to use in the kitchen that were great and there was a fridge freezer which was great for our shopping. Overall great experience and definitely will be back

Beautiful location, and clean facilities which is a must. Camping here is easy. Just need earplugs for the traffic which you can grab for free at the office. Once you get into the rhythm you do not notice the traffic so much. It is worth the stay. We stayed lakeside powered site.
