Bathroom was not in good condition and bad sheet wear dirty i think the maintenance was not done regularly

It was terrible stay. No cleaniness on stay. Service was not good and also to much disturbance. Hygiene is not good. No shampoo. Door lock issues.

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour for them to be prepared, and when we finally got in, the rooms were very dirty. We had to argue to get different rooms.

The room was good & they are very kind people. After checkout they allow us to put bags and we came late evening so they provided 1 room for getting ready without any cost

a great property, at a walkable distance from the nakki lake. very supportive and responsive staff and a budget stay...only concern we had was the mattresses was not tidy...if they upkeep the internal maintenance can be the best property for the budget.... food was also good 👍

Rooms are good. Service stff is also good. Location is nice that nearby nakki lake near main by market. Overall good experience.

Location is approachable, cleanliness is an issue, no hot water available 24 hrs, limited time slot for hot water.

The pin of the place in the make my trip app is wrong. The place was difficult to find. The room was okay. Room was not very clean. The hotel provided early check in without any charges which was very nice of them.

Worst experience ever. Not need as i am not going to book from mmt

Poor maintenance is very dirty and smelly

1. 1571. Bed c lining and bed food

Bathroom was not clean, hotel low level hotel staff was not good, tv was not working, basic requirements likes towel, shop etc. Gives after so many times reminders, ventilation was not in room, suffocation in bathroom. I w ii never suggest for stay in this hotel

No toiletries were placed in room, bathroom was not really clean.
