The motel provided a pleasant experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were clean. For the price, I couldn't have asked for a better accommodation, and I would certainly recommend it. The owners made you feel welcoming and even had a little fire for everyone for Christmas you great people great hospitality I would definitely recommend to stay here Byars

great place clean,quiet and friendly..second time staying here. The staff is friendly and cooperative.The room was clean and well appointed great location.wish it was warmer the pool really looked great...second stay good as the first. staff was very friendly.and te place is welltaken care of. Will definately be staying at the Budget Lodge of MT. Dora in the future. Pet and people friendly....

Ridiculous! The room had bed bugs. There were cockroaches in the restroom. Spider's behind the bed. The only reason why I noticed the spider's behind the bed. Was because bedbugs bit me in the morning. So I had to search the bed. I found only two, but I'm sure it was more. When my left to tell the owner about it. She was mad for no reason. She had no remorse for the situation. It just ruined our time together. Not to mention the sheets had stains. The bed also had a imprint. when I first got in the room I had to use the restroom. When I took a seat. I noticed the door. It was so dirty from the inside. After I finished, I looked at the front door it was exactly the same from the inside. I don't know we allow places like this to exist in America. I'm so ashamed. Good luck with this one. God bless!

I stayed 2 nights, 4/27/ and 4/28/2022. The rate was good and I was taken aback by how nice my room was. The bed was VERY comfortable, linens clean, the room had a nice desk for me to work at. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Ironing board, iron, TV with a great selection of channels. The A/C was brilliant, I like a cool room and it did not fail me. The Internet was fast, I did a lot of work and never had an issue. The bathroom was CLEAN, plenty of towels and wash cloths, the water was HOT as it should be. I was VERY PLEASED and I will be using this motel regularly when I am in Mount Dora. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Also, there is a laundry room and a clean swimming pool. I cannot recommend this enough.
