Spacious room, clean but it’s very old.

convenient, clean, wonderful service, and a perfect top off to an already fantastic trip. loved it!

To say the room was ‘tired’ is an understatement. To describe the room as a suite was a stretch. The spa bath was in disgusting condtion. Duct tape was used to kerp curtains closed. Toilet seat was broken - slipped and slided. Behind the toilet disgusting. Fridge leaked. Mosquitos in the room each night was the bathroom ( toilet or under the spa?). Couldn’t fill the kettle as it didn’t fit under tap in the bathroom sink ( tiny). Reception was a big clue - dirty and grubby. Also, there was a scheduled power outage during my stay on one day from 8am to 3pm. The property manager was given three weeks notice - he only advised me of the outage by slipping a copy of the notice the day before the outage. The room was unusable for most of the day. Appalling customer service really. What a joke. Worst room I have ever stayed in a motel or hotel over 50 years of travel.

Very conveniently located between Frankston and Mornington, the two places where I had to go. The room smelled stuffy and smoke from outside had probably entered the room. No ironing board or hangers were provided. The images provided online do not truly reflect the condition of the property.

Stayed for a single night and found reality different to what we expected. Bed though large very hard, ensuite difficult to move around if you are curvaceous. Gutter approaching room a potential falls risk. Abundance of dining options driving into town. Owner pleasant on arrival and departure

Other guests were far too noisy (particularly outside their rooms) after 10pm and we had to let them know at 11:30 at night enough is enough. They started up again at 7am with no concern for other guests. Staff were advised on check out and apologised which is fine however, their job is to monitor and ensure guests adhere to normal (expected) rules. The room and bathroom were old, not very clean and very small. We did not use the shower!

Musty smell in the room , walked in to a spider running across the bed, a slug on the shower wall and bathroom full of mosquitoes. Room and bathroom really needs a coat of paint to freshen it. Mosquitoes buzzing all night made for a terrible sleep. Glad it was one night.

It is so close to the centre of town an even though on the main hwy it is very quiet. The new owners are slowly renovating so when they are done it will be an excellent getaway. Prices are really good

Booked the Spa Room only to open the door to a musty, dirty & dusty room. There was no DVD player, iron & ironing board as advertised & the spa was broken. When reported to the owner was meet with aggression. Please don't waste your money you will only be met with aggression & disappointment.
