Good location can drive to Woolsworth. Rooms are clean with 2 TVs

We arrived very late and staff are very friendly room is very clean and big .Beds are comfortable

I was pleasantly surprised at how large the rooms were. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure; these two things are how I judge a hotel stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mount Gambier. On the second night, a family of four moved into the next room; I was expecting to hear the crying babies, but nothing. Either they were very quiet, or the sound deadening was excellent

Corporate property. Great gym! All the amenities great & restaurant. A long walk to use a microwave but great laundry. Noisy rooms could hear people in rooms next to us. Couldn’t find sign to property from road, behind a tree. Vanity sink in bathroom really does need replacing. But very friendly reception staff who helped us navigate the area. Lots of pluses but in comparison to other Motels and we have stayed in many since driving across & back Australia, while this was a good motel you could see it cutting a lot of corners to try & make more. Comfortable enough.

The room was lovely , very clean and spacious. Thought it would be nice and quiet but unfortunately we had people talking and children running up and down until midnight from the room next door

Motel badly in need of an update. More attention to detail needs to be exercised (soap residues from previous occupant in bathroom, aerial disconnected from TV among other things) Do not advertise dining as a strength when the restaurant appears to be regularly unavailable. Toilet and bathroom plumbing would fail any water efficiency test.

Excellent service, great communication. Very helpful. The room was very comfortable, fresh & amazing bathroom. Highly recommend this accommodation
