納什維爾朱麗葉山Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Nashville Mt. Juliet)

I love that hotel. Excellent!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. The 1st time was amazing, which is why we returned. This time the room we stayed in was not as great as the first time. There was wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Some white drip spots running down the wall. The drawer under the bathroom sink was also coming apart. Last thing, they have signs posted about not smoking and there being a fine if you are caught. Ironically, my kids and I were reading this sign as we exited and we walked into a cloud of smoke. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is newer and nice. The area is wonderful.

This is our second time in town staying at this hotel. It’s wonderful. Always clean and well maintained. Full kitchen, well stocked. They think of everything. Very roomy. Great breakfast selection. Wonderful customer service; accommodating late checkout.

The pool was a bust. It opened one night then the next day it was closed again. It was closed pretty much our entire week stay. Clearly the pool needed actual maintenance that the hotel isn’t doing. They offer a fire pit outside but that also is out of order. The room itself was nice and the beds were great. We had requested housekeeping, they never showed up, so we asked to be put on the next day. Housekeeping once again didn’t show up. This happened as well to others we were traveling with.

The location of the hotel within walking distance of food and shopping establishments. The staff at the hotel was nice and friendly. The spacious rooms and kitchenette, on point. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone . Personally, we wanted to stay an extra night.

Friendly/accommodating staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Huge rooms. Lots of space, very roomy. Good breakfast. The hotel smelled fresh and clean. Would stay again.

These people came in clutch — Maddie and Bree were incredible and helped me even when they didn’t need to. I will always be grateful for them and their help when I was running on two hours of sleep.

Thd lady at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. I had the fastest check-in experience ever. The room was spacious and clean. Also, quiet.

Huge kitchen, comfortable bed, extra vanity/ mirror area outside the bathroom was helpful for getting ready while someone was in the bathroom. Excellent hotel and close to everything!
