Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia/Mt. Laurel

The costumer service and the room in general were horrible my door wasn’t working they littler put tape on my door so the way the door doesn’t close cause they didn’t have any way to open it so my family and me have to stay in the room all the time we couldn’t even enjoy the pool or anything cause the door wasn’t worth and the reception wasn’t help me I was in room 205 and was no aceptable to stay in a place like this

We booked to enjoy the pool and BBQ for the 4 of July holiday. The pool was being serviced but we’re promised it would be fixed before our stay was over that never happened. The lady in the breakfast area was rude closing the tray on my hand telling us to hurry and get what we need so the food would stay warm. I usually love it here but I was very disappointed this time. Something has changed and not for the better.

The hallways smell of urine and old cooking grease. There was no handsoap of any kind in the room. Remotes didnt work for either tv. meaning we couldnt change the channel at all. carpets are very clearly dirty and have never been properly cleaned. For a Hilton property i am disgusted, there isnt one thing about this hotel that says safe and comfortable space. Also, the windows open. i have never seen that at a hotel, totally unsafe again. i will NEVER be back. I will opt for Marriott next time.

Breakfast hours and quality was not up to extended stay places. Availability of drinks/ food after hours was poor. Shower and toilets were of the quality of a budget type hotel. Stayed in Homewood suites several times. The quality of stay has dropped considerably. No one was at the desk at checkout.

Absolutely horrible. We booked it with ******* points and it was not worth a dime. The room was filthy and smelled of extreme smoke. They moved us to a first floor room that was only a little better. We were by an exterior door that was broken and not locked. Not safe, not clean and the staff was NOT friendly.

Friendly &kindly stuff service!! The laundry needs more availability and credit card casher.

Convenient location, well maintained and clean pool and fitness center, surrounded by trees and well maintained landscaping, friendly staff.

Room was clean and big. We played with the kids on the pool till 10pm . And played board games that they offered for free in the lobby . Lobby is big and very inviting with games and tables and water . Definitely not anybed bugs as I read on previous comments . This place is well kept. Gym has a Peleton . Overall good trip

Let me just first say that I had a good stay. The front desk staff was very nice. My issue was with one of the employees who I believe is housekeeping. I had my service dog with me. When she saw him, she said “Oh she got a dog! I dont like dogs!” I said “oh he’s not a dog. Hes a tiny human” (mind you my dog is more behaved than most humans). She said “No its a dog and I dont like them!” You’re in the business of customer service. You should never act like that. Maybe something happened in the past that made her afraid of dogs. I get that. But we weren’t even near her and she should exercise discernment. We are guests at this hotel. That’s not a good impression to give.
