The front desk staff was fine. The room was very sketchy. There was a roach running across the kitchenette as soon as we walked in. The website said there was a fully equipped kitchen, but there were no supplies (no plates, silverware, glasses, pots, ....no nothing). When we opened the fridge and cabinet to put away the food we brought, they both intensely reeked of very old dead fish. That smell didn't go away the 2 days we spent there and it was quite nauseating. The room wasn't exactly dirty, but it wasn't clean. The bedspread had large red stains. Will most definitely not stay here again.

I like the fact that the room was nice and clean. Some of the lights and outlets did not work though

The gust services were good however I didn’t like the smell when I first got there in the lobby. And overall it was pretty good. I wish there was more of variety in breakfast and I also wish there were more rooms available with double beds.

Went to go stay here- I’m 18 which online the hotel states is the legal minimum age to check in. This was 10 at night and they refused to offer me service as I was not 21. I had to go find another hotel and pay triple the price to find a room. Ridiculous.

My stay was good,I enjoyed the hotel,the only issue I have is being charged 90.78 the day after I checked out and nobody knows why.

It was very conveniently located and easy check-in. Even parking was great.

Overall, work for my needs. I prefer the other location across the street but that was full for this stay.

As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

A bug was in the shower, shower took forever to get warm, smelled awful, could hear people in other rooms yelling, we have no plans on visiting this hotel again! Gross

Found human poop under the bed in a bag and the hotel had roaches

Very dusty. The maid needs to clean around the headboard

I liked the kitchenette, staff are friendly. I didn’t like the people who smoked in front of building.

Love this place would highly recommend it.

Went to check in and there was a line of people in front of us as the computer system was down. Lobby also a distinct cat urine smell to it. We ended up leaving as it was unclear if we would actually be able to check in.
