The hotel was nice. They have towels for the pool which is also a positive. But there was a lot of chlorine in the pool .. a lot. It was hurting my head. There was a variety of food for the breakfast but you had to microwave the omelets and heat up the pre made French toast. The room was really comfortable though and the staff was super friendly.

It’s a good place for just a sleep and leave .. I would not stay for leisure but the beds are super comfy

Loved the newly renovated room we stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Conveniently located right next to Soaring Eagle. We will be back!

I think for the price, this is a great place to stay! Very happy with our stay, even with the renovations construction.

Check in was easy. The room was clean, and I received a text to see if there was anything else I needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Clean Property, is probably one of the cleaner ones I have seen in the Tri-state area based on price. Would recommend it to anyone. Nice pool area, great for families. The staff was VERY helpful. Breakfast was good, just a side note, when they say it ends at 10 am, you better be there before 10:01 am because you won't get food then. =)

Room was clean, in good condition. Breakfast was good.. only had 2 issues, first and foremost, when customer calls w problem You go to Them..NOT, they come to you.. (worked in hotel 9yrs) 2nd, lot needs better snow removal/salting.. Under car was clear, Around car, walking on Ice...

Our stay was a very quick one. Our room was very clean and it was very quiet. The staff was very nice when we checked in.

Nice place and spacious rooms. Loved the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was OK, but there wasn't any kind of meat.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and had everything we needed in it. One suggestion is that there should be an ice machine on the ground floor for those with rooms on it.

Pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax. Room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. We did not get the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Before you head to the pool make sure to get your pool towels from front desk.

Great staff, requested a room close to elevator and they were very accommodating. CLEAN and comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast area very clean and food was quite good. I will stay there anytime I am in the Mt. Pleasant area.

Everything, check in, etc went well, but had issues with people that were loud at 2:30 a m till 5 a m in the morning. It affected our sleep and comfort. Think about putting couple away from people that feel the need to be rude. I believe your proximity to the ****** hurts the people that like to get a good nites rest. The ****** is the only thing open at 2:30 in the morning.
