THE SPACE Get the authentic coastal living experience in our 3bd/2ba ranch-style home, “The High House” - with 1700 sqft, our space would be the perfect size for groups/families of up to eight people. To make things easier for you, this property also features on-site parking, so finding a parking spot won’t be an issue here! The first thing you’ll notice as you pull into our home is the bright red front door inviting you into the warm atmosphere of our space. As you walk inside, you will find yourself in the combined living/dining area - where you and your group can kick back after a fun-filled day with a movie/show on the HD flatscreen TV or share a meal at our 8-top dining table. The connected kitchen has been fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needed for preparing the perfect meal! Can’t agree on what to watch or want some adult time away from the kids? No problem. There’s another living room located through the barn doors off of the main living room, so there’s plenty of room to spread out. In addition to the common areas, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have been adorned with plush queen-sized beds and share one of the home's spacious full bathrooms - located off the hallway. While the master boasts a comfortable king-size bed and its own private full bath with a luxuriously large soaker tub, no shower. The fun doesn’t end there, we’ve also turned our backyard into your own little oasis featuring a private dock where you can enjoy the lagoon views, do a little stargazing, or have a backyard barbecue. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome.
