Great visit, dog friendly. Clean and great location.

This place could use updating. Mattresses were old and worn, your choice was the 'hole' that was there. There was no escaping it. Our sheets had holes in them and the bathmat was worn with a seam missing. This made the mat look tattered. I'm loyal to Hampton Inn,but will never stay at this one again.

We booked three hotels with you for an American trip and all three have been beyond appalling. All your reviews were way of the mark & have spoilt our Holiday. We will not be booking with you again

Quite possibly one of the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Shower was amazing. None of that squatting because it was built by a little person.

Staff were very nice and helpful! Room was clean but the property has some age on it. Shower was very roomy with good water pressure. Faucet/knob needs tightened and sink was missing nozzle that caused it to spray weird - wet the counter and splashed a lot. Handles needed tightening too. Staff would make me want to come back and give another try. Good area we felt!

Someone forgot to send the confirmation to the Hampton Inn.We have no room for the night.l would appreciate if someone could explain to me and my husband why we force to sleep in my car.We paid for a room and didn't get one.

This property was very clean and the breakfast was great. It’s right across from a Trader Joe’s and a bunch of little shops behind the Trader Joe’s. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Mount Pleasant area
