I prepaid for breakfast for each day, but only got credit for 5 out of 7 days. When we checked in, I told the front desk clerk, and she simply replied, "I don't think so." The description for the hotel on ******* states that a microwave is available in each room. Nope. Also noted the "restaurant" on the property. Actually, it's only open for breakfast. Housekeeping was horrible. I requested a complete cleaning, and they barely grazed the room. i.e., trash and dirty towels. When I didn't request housekeeping, they didn't even bother to provide towels. The floor was always sticky. For the price, a MAJOR disappointment. Not sure why all the 5-star reviews.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. And when I went down to the hot tub it was out of service. The pool grounds were dirty, broken glass and trash everywhere, the room was the only decent thing about the stay.

Thank God for the Courtyard Marriott in Mount Pleasant on Isle of Pines, SC! I absolutely would not stay at the first hotel i booked on your ap. This hotel was much better. The desk lady at the Marriott was wonderful!

Staff were extremely kind and gracious. Breakfast was a shock. Paid $15/person in advance, only to learn you must order your breakfast from a one-person coffee bar station. It takes forever, with all guests forced to do the same thing. I had to leave very early and had expected to be able to conveniently grab hotel breakfast without a 30 + minute wait.

The room service was delicious. It was centrally located to all of our destinations. It was clean and the staff were incredible.

The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was kind and polite. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful and quiet .

We had a very restful stay. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
