We called the property several weeks ahead and arranged to have a room on the 1st floor near the pool and laundry, when we got there we were told there wasn’t a room like that so we got a room ten rooms down the hall. Because of mobility issues we took that room for 3 nights, left for 2 nights and came back for another 4, however the morning of the 4 day I tested pos for Covid, called the desk told them we had to start driving home because I was I’ll. They said our bill would be ready when we left at 9:30 am. When we left they had no bill ready and said they would email it, which they never did. I filled a complaint with Hilton and they said the property told them we left way past check out time and had to pay for the 4th night. If we had been told that we would have stayed the 4th night instead of driving 8 hours while sick. The entire front desk situation was terrible including getting up on day 2 to no hot water, left for the day and told the front desk about the water situation, came back at 5 pm and the mgr tells us they had no hot water, yes I told you that at 10 am and she had just figured it out !!
